Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in La Flotte

Very nice, functional, clean accommodation. The garden is a real plus where it is pleasant to spend good evenings and which also allows you to park the car safely. Pierre and Lila's house is a real cocoon where it is good to stay whether as a couple or as a family. We had a very good stay and were very well received by Lila, thank you for your responsiveness to our requests. We will return to your home with great pleasure.

Our second stay in this beautiful property. A lovely, spacious and private house abs courtyard, really well located to easily walk into the centre of La Flotte. We had a larger car / van with us this year so chose to park in the nearby St Catherine car park five mins walk from the house. This meant we had full use of the courtyard which was great. Freddy’s welcome to the property was lovely and helpful.

Very nice house with (if the sun points to the tip of the nose) a terrace, very convenient to put bikes but also have coffee outside quiet! Downtown within walking distance, and really the Flotte is the best village to stay! Full of shops, while remaining calm and friendly! Communication with Laeticia who welcomed us was very easy, she was very flexible, available and very accommodating, at the top! Nothing to say about the accommodation, totally functional, comfortable mattresses and quiet area. We were 6 adults and it was nice! I recommend it!!!

Claire entrusts you with her house which is as advertised, superb environment, comfortable, well-equipped, it feels very good right away. Go there with your eyes closed, or rather keep them open to enjoy the superb view you never get tired of.

Nice rental in La Flotte, quiet, charming decoration, pleasant patio-garden. La Flotte city center is within walking distance, with its excellent market and lively port.

We had a wonderful stay here. The house is very well equipped and comfortable, being furnished with a great sense of style and personality. Everything is provided to make guests feel at home and to make the most of their time on this beautiful island. Joelle was extremely welcoming and helpful, being on hand to answer any questions or offer advice.

Christelle's place was excellent for our family of 4: clean, comfortable and very accessible to the center of town. Christelle personally welcomed us into the unit, and provided several helpful recommendations. We enjoyed the balcony for an afternoon "apéro" and coffee in the living room which faces a quiet courtyard. Our only regret is that we didn’t stay longer. La Rochelle is a gem!

Despite a late check-in, the host remains very responsive. It's quick and easy to take into account. Françoise advises us on what to do for the duration of our stay. The location close to Saint-Martin (20 minutes walk and 5 by bike) is very nice with a private and very quiet space. I would recommend this host and their apartment

The apartment is great overall for family of 4. 1 large, but shared bathroom. No separate WC. Some age on the furnishings. Well laid out and had all housewares needed. Decor is curated. Excellent location. Friendly and accommodating host. (AC would have made this an even better stay. )

Very nice accommodation for 2, compliant, very nice exterior, ideally located in Saint Martin. The concierge who manages the accommodation is great. Only small downside, access to the parking is not easy, you have to come with a small car.

Well what a fantastic few days we had. I can’t stress what a fabulous house this is. It has everything we needed. Little garden and off road parking. It was spotless. Stéphane gave us a bottle of his home made apple juice. Absolutely delicious. Buses were very handy and very inexpensive. I can’t praise Stéphane or his house enough. A little gem of a find

Comfortable and very well located accommodation, 20 minutes walk from the old port of La Rochelle along the sea and 8 minutes from Port Neuf. Adapted and quality amenities Everything is provided. Beautiful sea view from the balcony. Small confusion about the cleaning we are asked to do, while being charged on AirBnB.

2nd stay in this residence, but changing apartments this time, even arriving late no worries to find, and being able to park right in front is clearly a plus with luggage!! The apartment is nice, well decorated, the bed super comfortable We had a problem with the pool and the problem was solved in the hours that followed, we will come back without problem for a future stay!!!

We had a great time at Antoine's place. Everything was as described, a very warm environment to feel at home. A terrace that is a plus on sunny days. The parking space and the bike room are really assets when you know the difficulty (and the price) of parking in Saint Martin. We strongly recommend!

The studio offered by Nathalie and Philippe is located in a private residence that looks like a small town in the city. Pleasant accommodation partly for its ceiling height that gives an impression of grandeur, a beautiful terrace with good exposure where it is pleasant to relax and also the location of the accommodation 5 minutes walk from the port of La Flotte is very appreciable. Comfortable bedding, everything a couple needs is offered. The heated pool is a real plus after a good day of cycling.

Very well placed and equipped. Less than 10 minutes to the city center. Well-equipped. Perfect for a family. A little traffic and noise from the hospital next door. But good insulation of the windows. Good welcome. The market next door is a good point!
