Small house ideally located in the bay between Mt St-Michel (37 km) and Cancale, small picturesque Breton port (12 km), 15 min from St Malo (beautiful fortified city facing the sea), 20 min from Dinard (pretty seaside resort) and 30 min from Dinan (charming medieval city). Bakery 150 m away, small supermarket and train station in the village. Beautiful beaches 12 km away. Bike paths nearby. At 3 km, you can reach the shingle for walks, shore fishing or swimming at high tide!

La Cancalita, Cancale, land, sea, family, friends

Located 1500 m from the first beaches, and 2500 m from the center of Cancale, this 100 m2 stone farmhouse, a small family house, is sheltered in the heart of a peaceful and sunny valley, a protected natural area, within a small hamlet in a cul-de-sac organized around a malouinière (old bourgeois building built by the Malouins shipowners), and can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people with its 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Cleaning included, linen at extra cost (see below).

In this cottage, you will find all the elements for a pleasant stay, waking up facing the Bay and, depending on the tide, with the sea a few meters away and the immense space of the shore for long walks. On the ground floor, main room with equipped kitchen, dining table, sofa, TV, separate toilet. Upstairs, 2 bedrooms and the shower room. Access to the shared garden through the garage behind the house. Parking is available in front of the house. We live right next door.

Ideally located 15 min from St Malo and 35 min from Mont Saint Michel, close to the divided highway. Pets are allowed and welcome. Possibility of horse boarding or to enjoy the services of the equestrian center (rides, lessons...) Lodging well-equipped and comfortable. Please note that linens and towels are extra!

Between sea and countryside, our vacation home is a quiet and pleasant place, located close to Frémur, 1 km from the beaches, the village and its shops. Recently renovated, fully equipped (sheets, towels and cleaning included) our 100 m2 house offers 3 bedrooms (sleeps 5), a bright living room extended by a south-facing terrace, an equipped kitchen, all surrounded by a large garden. Three bikes are available to enjoy the facilities of St Briac.

This old fishermen's house was renovated in 2019/20. All rooms have exceptional sea views Guests can take advantage of the living room (fully equipped kitchen, living room, lounge) and bathroom (walk-in shower) on the ground floor. Upstairs are a living room, two bedrooms and a bathroom (toilet and sink). A crib and high chair on request. A small adjoining garden will allow you to eat outside. Direct access to the beach.

Nestled in a quiet pedestrian alley on the Port de la Houle, and parallel to the main quay, you can enjoy both the calm and the immediate proximity to the sea. You will be steps away from restaurants, shops, oyster market as well as coastal paths (GR34).
