Family-friendly holiday rentals in La Fresnais

We spent a few days in this place and we really enjoyed it, very well-equipped. Thanks to Vanessa and Yannick.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house is very comfortable and very well-equipped. The trampoline, games, books, and comics delighted our daughter. Despite average weather, we were able to enjoy the garden, hot tub and hammam. The house is also located a stone's throw from the lively heart of Saint-Pair sur Mer with all its shops and three steps from the sea. We'll be back with pleasure in this nice house. Thanks to Chantal for hosting us!

Great place to stay to visit north and west Brittany. Within 30 mins of the coast, the Rance river, St Malo, Dinan and Mont Saint Michel. The local village also has a bakery and small supermarket. The accommodation had everything we needed for self catering and the pool was very nice to use on the warmer days. We enjoyed visiting the animals (hens, donkey and sheep) in the evenings too with our little one. Typhaine was a very helpful host with great local recommendations.

Very pleasant stay, the accommodation is very well located for quick access to several very beautiful sites. The accommodation is very practical, well furnished and comfortable. The hot tub is a real plus.

We had a great time with the family. Stephan welcomed us very warmly with a great island meal. Very large, and spacious accommodation, it offers a lot of activities, billiards / foosball / barbecue..... The jaccouzi is a big plus. I highly recommend!!:)

We loved our stay at Laetitia's! The place was superb, very clean and really nice. Having animals around us was a nice surprise, we're not used to it, but it was soothing and charming. The welcome booklet in the room was very clear and well made, and the breakfast was simply delicious. Laetitia was adorable and always available, which really added to the quality of our stay. I recommend it without hesitating! Things to do nearby: We took advantage of our stay to visit Mont Saint-Michel and Saint-Malo, located about an hour's drive very accessible for a nice getaway!

Very quiet accommodation in a pleasant residence. The host Jeanne is very responsive and even anticipates your needs. Ideal accommodation for a single person or two people.

The accommodation was great for exploring the area (by car!) - Saint Malo, Le Mont Saint Michel, Saint Suliac and many dreamy little towns are waiting to be discovered. The accommodation was very quiet and, thanks to the garden with play equipment, goats and chickens, great for us as a family.

A big thank you to Etienne and Valérie for their hospitality. The house is just perfect for a stay in Saint Malo. Very well equipped, it feels like home! Ideal location, quiet but not far from the main activities of the city. Flexible check-in to adapt to our baby and finally, very good responsiveness from the hosts who were able to answer our questions. We will be back!

As part of a road trip to discover Brittany and visit Mont Saint-Michel, we stayed from June 08 to 11, 2025 in this pleasant apartment, very quiet, functional and clean, where we felt like home. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy this stay with our inseparable little cat Yoda! Even though we did not need to use the parking lot available to us as parking spaces were available in the evening in front of the building, it was however moral comfort in case of unavailability of space(s). The apartment is also very well located both within Cancale and in relation to the sites to visit nearby. We were lucky enough to enjoy a sunny and refreshing stay. A beautiful enchanted parenthesis... Thank you to Isabelle and Rémi for hosting us and thank you to Marina for her availability and kindness. No doubt we'll be back. We loved our road-trip. Annie and Luc (Léonie family).

Christiane’s place was absolutely beautiful. The view of Mont Saint Michel was stunning. The house was very clean, spacious, and had everything we were looking for. She even had bikes that we were able to use! She is very responsive and was so gracious to accommodate our request for a late check out. I highly recommend Christiane’s house and I can’t wait to stay again next time we visit.

Excellent weekend spent in Dinard in this very well-appointed studio with its small terrace overlooking a pleasant private garden of the residence that overlooks the beach with its direct access, great! Ideal location for the various walks around Dinard. Very friendly and smiling welcome by Patricia upon our arrival. Afterwards, Christian, the original owner of the city gave us valuable information to improve our stay, in addition, a very nice person. Very nice stay and very nice place.

The geographical location of this accommodation is perfect for discovering the bay of Mont Saint Michel. The house and the large garden are very well maintained. Everything was perfect, we didn't miss anything. Dominique is a very friendly, pleasant and helpful host. She quickly told us about the surroundings, and gave us all the information we needed before and during our stay. Very attentive to our needs. We thank Dominique very much for her welcome and all her little touches that made our stay unforgettable. We felt at home and our exchanges were very friendly. We'll be happy to go back!

Beautifully presented home from home. Very clean, well equipped and comfortable. Quiet location, great for walking our dog Hendrix, but also close enough to St Malo. Laetitia was always great at replying to our messages, and was happy to recommend places to eat or to walk Hendrix.

Very responsive and friendly communication from Caroline who is concerned about our well-being. the comfortable and convenient apartment is very well equipped. it is in a well kept residence. We loved being a 7 minute walk to 2 beautiful little beaches. Very convenient also to visit Saint Malo intra muros, Dinard, Dinan, cancale.... We highly recommend this apartment for its value for money/location!

Perfect stay, the rental was as pictured and described, idyllic setting, nearby trade and Evran is a few dozen minutes from Dinan, Dinard, St Malo…. Very responsive hosts we had forgotten our high chair for the baby and some time after we had it. I really recommend this rental and we will not hesitate to invite our friends to stop by Christophe and Virginia's. 👍👍👍

Very pleasant stay in a charming and practical cottage. The accommodation is slightly away from the guest house which preserves privacy. The hosts are discreet, adorable and always available for advice or a bit of conversation with ease. From the cottage, it is easy and quick to reach the shops, the beach in the center and the wonderful GR 34 overlooking the sea, bordered by a beautiful moor. The coast is amazing! Finally, the swimming pool, a few meters from the accommodation, is a real luxury after a slightly sporty walk (or simply to splash around in water much warmer than the English Channel!). Thanks to Marie and her family.

We were 3 adults and spent 1 week at Katy's place. The neighborhood was quiet, accessible and close to some very nice small beaches and breathtaking views (5 min walk). We had a rental vehicle to get to the center of Saint Malo in about ten minutes. Katy and her husband have always been reachable and friendly, whether to recommend outings and activities or to answer our questions about the apartment. The accommodation was very clean and welcoming: perfect for people who wander and want to recharge

Damien was such a great host. He happened to be grabbing dinner the same time we came into town so we stopped at the same pizza place. He offered to take my husband and kids to the house a few km away and then came back for me as I was waiting for the pizza. This was so thoughtful after a long 9-10 hour drive with a lot of children. He was so kind and personable. Super proactive and offered suggestions in the area. He really went above and beyond. His house was perfect for our needs as a large family and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The house was exact as described. everything was in good working order. Nothing was broken or falling apart. We would definitely recommend and stay again.
