The hosts are very welcoming with very good tips on activities to do and places to visit. The accommodation is very clean and well-equipped and the environment is very peaceful with a very nice view of the vineyards and the "cabin" is isolated. We loved our stay in Besse-sur-Issole. It was the perfect spot during our trip—peaceful, charming, and full of local character. The Airbnb was clean, comfortable, and in a great location for walking everywhere. One of the best parts? The croissant from the local boulangerie—hands down the best we’ve had so far in southern France. We really enjoyed walking into the village square each morning, grabbing coffee, and popping into the little shops and restaurants. Everyone was friendly, and the vibe was relaxed and authentic. A great stop if you’re looking to enjoy a quieter side of Provence. We took multiple day trips, super easy from this cozy retreat. The Gorge du Verdon is a must. We had fun visiting Canne, Antibes and Nice. Great day trips, best was coming back to Besse. Thank you Helene and Roxane. We loved Berg….❤️. Thank you!!

The villa is very beautiful, though it lacks in details. For instance, we booked the villa for 7 people and they only left 1 nespresso tab for the coffee machine. Plus there was no showergel or bathroom mat. Also the bed linen in one bed had a big stain. When we arrived at 11.30pm at night we had to call the host via facetime to get the exact location of the key lock and of the villa. It would have been a lot easier if he would have sent us a photo beforehand of the villa location and key lock. But he responded fast so it was ok after all. All in all it was great but there’s room For improvement.

Our stay was a complete success! The location is very quiet and ideal for relaxing. The bed was extremely comfortable, so we could sleep wonderfully. The pool was a real highlight: large, refreshing and perfect for cooling off on warm days. The house itself is spacious and very well equipped (dishwasher, washing machine…) with a large plot around it. The walk into town is quite steep, but doable. In about 20 minutes you are in the center of the beautiful village of Le Lavandou, where there are many great restaurants. Particularly noteworthy is Christine, who was quickly reachable at any time and immediately took care of everything. Merci beaucoup!

We stayed in this well-maintained house over the long Easter weekend. The view is wonderful and the pool area is great for enjoying the outdoors! The house worked well for our group of two families. The only surprising thing was that the basic necessities were very scarce - we ran out of toilet paper and there were only two dish washer tablets for a group of 7 persons for three nights. Luckily the communication with the host was always fast and smooth! The location is peaceful and private and we’d be happy to return one day.

Great stay at this villa! Sabrina remained available throughout the stay for our questions. Very nice house, very nice. The house is located 15 minutes' walk from the city center of Bormes (on a slope). The house is in a private cul-de-sac so we really enjoyed the quiet! To rent this house with young children, you have to keep in mind that it is not very suitable. Steps everywhere, no roller shutter for the pool (an alarm on the other hand is in place). We would highly recommend it!

The apartment with Yves corresponds very well to the description. It's a wonderful place to spend a relaxing time at the Cote d 'Azur. we really enjoyed every day. Yves is wonderful, very hospitable and helpful. We will be happy to come back.

I had a wonderful stay at this charming little apartment! It may be small, but it’s beautifully decorated and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. You immediately feel at home. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the beach promenade, tucked away in a lovely residential area. The host is very friendly and always reachable for any questions. Highly recommend!

Kevin was a great host. Instructions were clear, home was clean and modern , everything we needed was provided. He recommended good restaurants around and was always eager to help. He was also helpful about the late check out since we had a late flight.I highly recommend him and his property. Thank you Kevin!

Apartment exactly matches the photos, nicely decorated. Very well located, in front of the station ( but without train noise) allowing you to do everything on foot. 5 minutes from the beaches and close to a great bakery and a Monoprix. Karine is very responsive and the tips and addresses left in the apartment are very valuable. Finally , a great weekend that makes us want to come back soon .

Lovely apartment that is 10 minute stroll from restaurants and bars on the harbour front. Very clean, tidy and well decorated. The outside space and retractable doors provide amazing outside / inside space. Miguel was easily contactable, providing clear directions and met us at the property for checkin. Aldi supermarket 1 minute walk has all immediate needs. Parking is free on street however not always guaranteed immediately outside. Would highly recommend

Spacious condo for my husband and myself, could easily accommodate more people. Tastefully decorated, nicely fitted closets and well equipped kitchen - new appliances. The balcony is large. As other guests have mentioned you do hear cars, but you are within walking distance of the main area without the noise of the bars, etc. Cross the road and dip your toes in the sea! It's a great spot to enjoy the sun

Beautiful apartment with eclectic decor. Incredibly great balcony overlooking the forest and sea. Unique quiet and secluded location, with short walking distance to the old town of Vence. Nadine’s place is well worth the money. The view is just fantastic. The apartment is very clean and very convenient. The yard is very private and very cosy. Nadine and her husband are very friendly. They are present in the house above the apartment but are very discreet. They provide tons of documentation with recommendations for places to visit. The train passes just below the yard but the noise is well absorbed by the wall and vegetation. We highly recommend this place.

Honestly, this was probably the best Airbnb we’ve stayed at — and we’ve stayed in many across different countries. If you’re looking for a place to stay on the Côte d’Azur, just book this one. I spent over a week researching options, so I know pretty well what’s out there in this area, and I’m happy we ended up choosing this one. The location is amazing — literally one step from the beach. There’s a big grocery store right across the street, an underground parking garage, and a really nice infinity pool in the complex. The apartment itself is super well-equipped — everything is modern, from the blackout curtains to the shower. Villeneuve-Loubet turned out to be a great spot — calm and relaxing, but also perfect as a base to explore the French Riviera, Monaco, and even Italy (about 1.5 hours by car). Corinne was also a fantastic host — always quick to respond (usually within 5 minutes) and really helpful whenever we had a question. Highly recommended — we would love to come back!

Very good stay in a refurbished and very well-equipped apartment :) Secure residence a five-minute walk from the center of Sainte Maxime and its beach. At the foot of a waterway with the possibility of walking to the sea. I recommend it!

Great stay at this place in a great location. Arthur is a very responsive host who was able to provide us with clear instructions on the check-in and check-out process. The space was clean. Very nice view from the terrace. Underground parking is a real added value.

I liked staying at this place, it was nice and clean. The only problem we encountered is that we couldn’t find anywhere to eat breakfast. Other than that everything was as expected and I would recommend this place for anyone that would like to stay in a cute and modern apartment near the sea!
