Holiday rentals with beach access in La Garita

The accommodation is very nice and well located directly by the sea. However, if you have problems sleeping with ocean sounds, you may not be in the best hands here. And I liked it. Unfortunately, at the beginning of our stay, slope stabilization measures were carried out on the rock face 100m away, which were extremely loud. But no one can do anything about it... If you are aiming for a beach holiday with good weather from the morning, you should settle in the south of the island, as it is rather cloudy in the north until noon. From Galdar to Maspalomas or Mogan, it is still 1h45 on the road. We'd still come back. Thanks for the good time.

The contact with Michela was very good. We had an issue with another place before, where we got out immediately (very dirty). We then chose Michela's apartment. Contact was quick and Michela was able to drop us off the place for the same evening. We would like to thank you again for the smooth process. The apartment is nicely located on the promenade directly on the sea (unobstructed). The view is wonderful. This is where you can switch off and relax. Within walking distance, less than 10 minutes there is also a small beach. The apartment was very nice. The rooms are spacious. The bathroom tip top. Only 2 small criticisms: In the kitchen, some of the cooking utensils were missing (scissors, whiskers, etc.) and the apartment is on the 3rd floor, so not for people with movement restrictions. Otherwise, you can fully recommend the apartment.

Very nice apartment, in a calm and relaxing area. It is an apartment with many tools available especially in the kitchen. The view of the sea is truly fantastic and relaxing. There is a supermarket and restaurants nearby. Ana is very helpful and responds quickly.

The place was spotless and very relaxing, super close to the beach and numerous restaurants. Only slight downside is the walls are pretty thin and you do hear a lot of noises from the other apartments (which can’t be helped) and the air con is very loud, makes a deep buzzing sound every 10 ish minutes when it’s on, might not have been the air con but it was always making this noise when we were in the place so that’s all I could put it down to.

The photos do not do the view justice, so peaceful listening to the sea throughout the day. Incredible scenery surrounding the place, with many places to go swimming or snorkelling. What an incredible island, would suggest hiring a car to explore the island to its fullest. Toño was helpful recommending things to do as well as being flexible and an all round amazing host. Would 100% recommend

Our experience, like other reviews, was great. We highlight the communication with Bea, who was always very good with immediate answers and solutions to everything. For the parking there is no need to worry, as we always park for free in the area. If I return to Gran Canaria I will certainly stay here again.

The large windows in the living room have a great ocean view. The apartment is clean and the bed is comfortable. We had a great time for three nights.

My first ever solo trip and I chose Juani's apartment as it's safe, perfect location, everything you need, amazing host, and you can't beat the ocean view. I would live here if I could!

A truly unique, special place to stay. The Atlantic Ocean is your nearest neighbour. Minutes from the airport & very easily found. Perfect for lovers who appreciate nature. The house is furnished with a lot of love for detail and the two roof terraces with sea views are simply fantastic! You immediately feel comfortable and welcome. The communication with Patricia was wonderful – she is an incredibly warm and attentive hostess who lovingly takes care of everything. Our small family enjoyed the holiday here to the fullest. The location is ideal: a bakery just around the corner, a supermarket just a few minutes walk – and also to the beach it is only 5 minutes. Parking on the street was sometimes a little adventure, but we always found a place. It was an all-round nice time – we'd love to come back!

Guillermo is really friendly and welcoming. He was there to meet and greet me, show me around, as well as hand me the keys. He offers some great tips and recommendations he is very responsive and helpful. The apartment is a great little place with everything you need. It was clean, tidy and had a modern feel, with thoughtful touches and decor that made it feel homely. The location is ideal – just a minute’s walk to the beach and close to the boardwalk, which is lined with cafes, bars and restaurants. It’s also only about 10 minutes walk to Catalina Park, where you can catch the Hop On Hop Off buses or the main bus routes to explore the island for just a few euros, as well as the Fred Olsen ferry coaches. It’s a lively area with plenty to see and do. However, when inside the property it's very quiet. Guillermo was also kind enough to allow a later check-out as I had a ferry to catch, which was really appreciated. I had a great stay and would happily recommend it

Adriana was a great host , very friendly and helpful . The house was super clean and very well equipped. Adriana had also kindly left us olive oil, water and some snacks which was lovely of her ! The accommodation was very well located if you want to be in the harbour. It has a lovely balcony that overlooks a small pebble beach, the mountains and where the ferry comes in. It was great to arrive here as we only got in at about 9pm so it was perfect for going to restaurants. It is also a short walk from the kwikspar and the Las Salinas natural pools so very convenient, and its not noisy at all. I did however find that is was a bit too urban for me. It is very built up in that area and is surrounded by restaurants. Las Nieves is very small and does not have many shops. Also, just be aware the there is only one bedroom. There is a wooden screen that you have to pull across to divide the room and the second bed is a pullout sofa bed. Thank you for our stay and I am sure you will enjoy !

I’m sure this has been said already in other reviews but Villa Morelli was extremely well appointed and immaculately presented. In a private setting but close enough to walk to the beach, bars and restaurants. Loved the sound system and the iPad controls for the outdoor lighting, added an extra premium touch. Pool was lovely and warm and very relaxing - 5 stars from us!

Alex was a great host, he responded immediately to questions, if there was a problem, he immediately took care of it. The accommodation is super nice, we were able to enjoy a wonderful family vacation in the villa, we grilled delicious food and enjoyed the pool. The kitchen is very well equipped, even many spices were available so you didn't have to buy any. Thank you Alex for your friendly support and we look forward to a next time in one of your houses.

Very beautiful place with a great view! nice little neighbourhood and Jorge was a great host. Very friendly and always helpful. Definitely recommend this area and Jorge's place for a trip to Gran Canaria

This house really was a little paradise, no kidding🥹 I think the best airbnb of our life. The position in gran canaria is unique, up on a beautiful and not crowded beach, so relaxing. You have everything you need in the kitchen, very near pharmacy and market, parking, and is possible to reach maspalomas in some minutes by car. The little balcony and patio on the sea are perfect to relax, showering, read, yoga.. hope to come back asap and thanks virginia for the kindness and support in everything!

Beautiful apartment with everything you need for a comfortable stay, beautiful view from the balcony to the beach, ocean and surroundings. The beach is just a couple of meters away. There are a lot of shops and cafes around, a bus stop is very close, it was very easy to get from the airport to the apartment. The host was always in touch, communication was easy and comfortable. I would definitely come back here again!

We stayed at the property for 3 nights. In the morning we worked remotely. The internet was very stable and the view while working was a dream. The residential area is a little secluded, so it is very quiet. There is a small bathing area between the rocks. Ralf was super easy to reach and was always able to help, a great host!

Everything has been spotless. Communication with Alicia, the stay. Everything has been as expected. The modern apartment, with everything you need to be comfortable. The area is very quiet, and you can easily find a place to park your car nearby. The community's facilities are impeccable, with direct access to the beach. Nothing to complain about. We'll be back for sure!

The apartment and the entire complex are very nice and well maintained. We felt completely comfortable right after arrival. The location was quiet and yet you can reach the bus stop or taxi in a few minutes. There is a large pool and direct beach access. Upon our arrival, chilled drinks and snacks were ready for us. The communication in advance and also during the stay was uncomplicated and Monica responded quickly to my messages. We can only recommend the place and would come back anytime.

Jesus' apartment is located in a wonderful neighborhood. The proximity to the beach, great places to relax within walking distance, make it ideal for traveling. The house had everything necessary for a comfortable stay, from kitchen equipment, dishes to beach towels. I recommend this apartment and will be happy if there is an opportunity to use it again.

A gorgeous flat on the beach, with everything you need including a wide view ope. of the sun rise over the sea, and a homely feel. Highly recommend tho do note second bedroom is bunk beds....all beds were extremely comfy in all rooms. If you like a relatively quiet, authentic Canarian area. This is perfect x
