In a small, very quiet hamlet between Dinan (20 min) and Saint-Malo (15 min), the vacation rental is a completely independent studio on our property. Accessible by a staircase and not overlooked, it has a private garden, also not overlooked, with a table and chairs, umbrella, coffee table, deck chairs, and barbecue. The swimming pool, heated to 28 degrees, is open from June 22nd to September 8th this year, 2026, and is shared with us (who go there very little), with guests always having priority.

Contains a large double bed, a mezzanine bed for 3 people (2 downstairs + 1 upstairs), there is also a sofa bed in the living room. This apartment is 15 minutes from Saint Malo intra muros, 15 minutes from Cancale, 18 minutes from Dinard and 30 minutes from Mont Saint Michel. The Gouesniere train station is 1 km from the living area as well as a bus network 50 m from the accommodation serving the surroundings. A high chair, baby bed and bathtub will be available, please let us know.
