Located in the center of Manche (Agneaux), 500 m from the Voie Verte, 5 min walk from the Institute, 8 min (car) from the stud farm, 30 min from the sea, 1 hr from Mont Saint-Michel, 40 min from the landing beaches, 1 hr from the Cité de la Mer, 40 min from Bayeux. Independent entrance through the outer courtyard, located under the terrace of our house (lockbox).

Bakery and fresh produce 24/7, 100 m + Aldi. Bathroom with shower, and separate toilet. Queen size bed, very comfortable. Equipped kitchenette.

It is quiet, facing south with a shared terrace Essentials: -draps and towels -Dishes -micro-wave -frigo - kettle - WiFi - free parking in the blue zone in the street (2 hours), possibility of free and unlimited parking further away (no parking in the cul-de-sac). It is 800m from the train station (10min walk). Access to the A84 motorway off the city.

Countryside stay in cozy tower drowned in a world of greenery on the edge of the village that also offers all services .
