Denise and Barry were very helpful. They were quick to respond and were very accommodating. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed for a relaxing and comfortable stay.

Although we had to wait 45 minutes to enter the apartment because we were left the wrong keys, Marina was a very good host and treated us super well. He gave us many recommendations about Santa Pola (restaurants, boat rental) and he was aware that we were comfortable and enjoying. The apartment itself is nice and just like the photos, with a great view of the sea. We recommend it.

Wonderful Stay – Highly Recommend! I had an absolutely fantastic experience at this Airbnb. From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded expectations. The house was close to lidl and mc Donalds. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, providing clear instructions and helpful local recommendations.

We had a perfect stay. Salvador was flexible on our arrival time, welcomed us and showed us the basics and was always very responsive to our communications, before and after our arrival.

A fabulous apartment - beautifully furnished and clearly well looked after and cared for. It very much felt like a home. The bedrooms are cool and the air conditioning worked very well. We were there for some rest and relaxation and the beautiful kitchen was extremely well stocked with every utensil you could need. The apartment is well located on the site with a great view of the pool and surrounding area. And it's all very secure with gated access to each area. And very much a superhost with quick responses to any of our messages. We loved it so much, we're already looking at when we can next visit.

It's been a magical few days at Patricia's place. The apartment had everything we needed and to spare. The house is very comfortable and the location is amazing. Close to the beach and beautiful sunset every afternoon. Perfect both for exploring the entire La Manga area and just enjoying the home. Thanks!

Fabulous apartment with great views on a beautiful golf complex. The apartment was immaculate, with very comfortable beds. Pool towels were provided which was a bonus. The pool area was beautifully kept, as were all the grounds, it was also very quiet and very relaxing. You do need a car to get to restaurants and shops, but there are lots of great places to eat 15 minutes from the apartment. Christian was a great host, very quick to respond to our questions. We hope to visit Las Colinas again.

Everything was great! 👍🏻 Very clean, cozy and beautiful, close to the beach, nice host. The only remark - if you are looking for a very quiet place where you can disconnect from the "city" in nature, keep in mind that behind the house there is a highway from which the noise of cars can be heard. This place definitely deserves a high rating.

Beautiful appartment in a lovely location. The roof terrace is an excellent inclusion and a great place to catch the sun and unwind. Everything was great. We liked it so much we stayed extra nights.

The apartment met our expectations, and the location was excellent right between the beach and La Zenia Boulevard. Other services were also nearby. The pool area and pool bar were very pleasant. It was a truly lovely and relaxing holiday!

We had a fantastic stay! The location is perfect—just steps away from the beach with beautiful views from both the apartment and the pool area. The house's owner, who lives on the first floor, is incredibly warm and welcoming; she even surprised us with homemade quiche to enjoy by the pool! The surrounding area is perfect for coastal hikes, leading to beautiful beaches with restaurants where you can enjoy a drink or a bite, with your toes in the sand. Christine and Claude were easy to communicate with and always helpful. We’ll definitely be back!❤️

The apartment was lovely, really clean, beautifully decorated, well equipped and close to all the amenities. It was wonderful to have the private roof terrace too.

Was a beautiful location, and the pool was wonderful to cool down in the hot days. Mariano was incredibly responsive to messages, and met us at the accomodation to show us around. It was very clean, there were board games, and plenty of space for our group of 5. I would definitely stay here again, but would hire a car to make it easier to visit Murcia or Cartegena.

Marina’s accommodation was just beautiful inside and outdoors around the complex area,with access to the pools,gym etc it was just what we needed .Lovely surroundings and lots of people coming and going around us but still quite and peaceful.Area itself is lovely and what we needed .supermarket right at your door step and some restaurants etc .shopping centre 10/15 walk away Apartment itself is just lovely and so clean and had all we needed ,your own private balcony and rooftop terrace also ,we could go on and on about the accommodation,area,marina and her daughter just everything was worth the money and we would 100 percent recommend and we will be back c

10/10. Great place to stay. Everything you need for a self catering holiday Pool bar with snacks. Bars and restaurants within 10 steps. Apartment located at the back over looking pool. Very quiet at night, especially clean all amenities you need. Couldn’t fault it highly recommend. Steph responded within 10 minutes with our queries while there. Thank you Steph. Fantastic great area with several pools, jacussis, bar, gym etc. we really enjoyed the area. Perfect if you're looking to sunbathe all day long. Large shopping center right nearby, as well as grocery store right next door. So very easy to shop.

The appartment was perfect and location was right next to the main club house, the apartment itself was clean and very well presented, the host was amazing with communication and was easy to access and get around would stay again. We had friend on a villa and this was a beautiful location as perfect as can get, thank you for letting us stay.

Newly renovated apartment with sea views from its big terrace. Second row of buildings from the beach. Located in a big building complex with many amenities: outdoor swimming pool for adults and a separate one for children, additional in-door swimming pool, playground for children, gym, parking space belonging to the apartment with direct lift access to the apartment. The apartment is in walkable distance (3 minutes) from a sandy beach of the salt lagoon Mar Menor with very shallow and warm water with little waves ideal for children. Cartagena is 25 minutes by car, the beaches on the open Mediterranean and Cabo de Palo is 10 minutes. Good communication with owner. Highly recommended, especially with small children.

It was easy to find, and the key was easily accessible. Clean and nice in the apartment. The host reached out several times and wondered if all was well. It was very good, and we'd love to come back. We recommend it to our friends
