Nice, clean, with great drafts and tastefully renovated. The location and views we loved it even though it's not for anyone. You have to walk at least ten minutes to reach services and beaches, but it was really worth it. Being close to the Amoladeras, Cabo de Palos and the beaches of the Mar Menor is a privilege. We thought it had a terrace for a photo. It's a communal canopy with chairs to accommodate. Not comfortable if you don't want to disturb. A great apartment. To repeat without a doubt.

We have just had the most amazing stay in Javier's beautiful apartment which was filled with everything you might need. Very clean, bright and spacious and in a great location overlooking the sea. Javier was the most wonderful and attentive host, providing superb information/recommendations and replying promptly to our questions. Absolutely top of the top! The apartment exceeded our expectations – it was spotlessly clean, spacious, and tastefully decorated. It includes all the amenities you could wish for – from a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable bed to air conditioning and fast internet. But the true highlight was the breathtaking view from the 7th floor – especially at sunset. It’s the kind of view you can easily fall in love with. This is the perfect place if you're looking for relaxation, peace, and comfort. The location is also a plus – quiet and pleasant surroundings. The host was very helpful and responsive. We highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking to unwind in exceptional conditions.

excellent!! we feel at home, it is a cozy apartment, it has all the utensils you would need or have in your house. We wanted to get out of the routine and be close to the sea and it was perfect for the kids, the pet and us. 👌 A very quiet area to rest, go down to the pool or go to the beach. We would definitely repeat

We had an amazing stay at Paco’s house! The house was perfect for our family — spacious, comfortable, and with everything we needed. Paco was always available and incredibly helpful, sending us the best local recommendations. Without a doubt, we’ll be back!

Excellent accommodation, between the Minor Sea and the Mediterranean Sea. We felt right at home, a short walk from the beach, from the windows and terraces you could see the sea. The host was pending at all times and was very quick to respond to messages. Definitely an experience to repeat! We loved the area and we rested which was what we were looking for. I recommend 100%

Fantastic stay at Villa Aqua! Villa is exactly as described and has everything you need. Location is ok but definitely worth having a car if you want to explore. The villa was very clean and the pool was much bigger than we expected. Peaceful and private location - we would definitely stay again!

We absolutely loved our stay at Sany’s place. The hosts were brilliant at responding to any queries we had and very helpful to our needs. We were travelling with two young kids, the enclosed court yard was beautiful to sit out in the sun and the kids could safely play under the shade of the lovely fig tree. The pool area is gorgeous and everyone was very friendly. It is tastefully decorated and we felt right at home with all our usual amenities. The place is located right beside the coastal walk and we would stroll 5 mins down to the beach for a coffee in the morning. It is also only a few minutes walk to the main strip where there is a wide variety of restaurants and bars. Thank you Sany and Pedro for a lovely stay.

Top apartment that is equipped with all comforts. It was clean, on the beach (incl chairs and parasol), parking garage included and a nice host. It gave the opportunity to have a nice breakfast and lunch in the apartment, but there is also enough to do that outside the door when you walk out the door. A nice clean bathroom with also the possibility to do the laundry, a nice kitchen with everything you need, and the bed was wonderful. Also a nice balcony where you can sit comfortably.

We had a great time at Sonia's apartment! For the price, the apartment is faithful to the images, small but with everything you need to have a good stay. The pillows are too soft, I already mentioned it to Sonia. Keep in mind that there is not much storage to undo the suitcase so that's something to keep in mind. The area is very quiet so if you are looking for tranquility, intimacy and beach it is perfect. For a little more activity, good restoration and such… you have to get around.

What an amazing apartment! It is perfectly located on the beach, and overlooks the beach and the sea. We had read some reviews that mentioned the church bell. For us, it became a natural part of the soundscape and did not bother us. The apartment has everything you need for self-catering if you want it. Patrick and the local housekeeper are nice and they are easy to communicate with. Right across the street is a very nice bakery, and at the grocery store I have to mention the lady who works in the fresh produce. She had a good knowledge of cheese and more. We will return and highly recommend Patrick and the apartment😊

A great apartment looking out to the beach which is just a few steps away. The balcony is perfect to sit with a glass of wine at night and just listen to the waves rolling in. The area is quiet, has a good Chiringuito at the end of the street and is just a couple of minutes walk down the promenade to the main beach restaurant area or into the town. It felt like a Spanish town, not Brits abroad. Ana gave us plenty of recommendations as to where to go, what to do but the kids, and we, were just happy on the massive stretch of sand and in the warm waters that couldn’t be closer. Would definitely stay here again.
