Family-friendly holiday rentals in La Manga

We live in the area and needed a place to stay temporarily. We are glad we chose this apartment as it was clean, modern, bright and airy. The pool is literally just a few metres with well maintained areas and very peaceful. You will need a car to venture further to beaches etc but everything is on site. Easy check in/check out with a very friendly and helpful Max. We would recommend to family and friends.

We spent 2 nights at Moisés' casa rural and were lucky to be the only occupants to enjoy the property. Tastefully decorated home, peaceful surroundings, great swimming pool, large enclosed and secured area for our dog to enjoy. Moisés was the perfect host and made himself available to deal with any issue. This is a place we would love to come back. Highly recommended.

We stayed for work and Juan was very understanding and flexible with us. I recommend it. Thanks for everything!

I don't give it 10 stars, because there aren't. If it was a number note it would be an 11 out of 10. Antonio is a very friendly host, attentive, always aware that we are well and go to dream places. The apartment is located in a private development, with two pools and jacuzzi in each of them, very well maintained gardens and a quiet neighborhood community. I highly recommend staying in any apartment in Antonio. Thank you so much for everything from the three of us, Antonio.

Great stay, perfect hosts, perfect communication. We highly recommend the house, it is very well-equipped. On the other hand, you need a car.

Everything is perfect: very nice apartment with all the amenities, excellent attention from the owner, perfect location in a beautiful development close to the golf course of La Roda and shopping centers, restaurants, leisure areas and beaches. Totally recommended. If you have to put a hit it is that the showerhead in the main bathroom is quite bad. Otherwise, totally recommended.

The stay was just perfect! The place was the same as in the photos – super clean, stylishly furnished and lovingly prepared down to the last detail. The hosts were incredibly warm, helpful, and always available if any questions came up. The location was also great: quiet, but still central, so you could reach everything quickly. I felt very comfortable from the first minute and would definitely like to come back. Absolutely recommended!

Super cool mate keep up the cracking job! We were staying with 3 children and 4 adults and there was many amenities and they were as good as the pictures said. Lovely spaciousness the kitchen was very well equipped lots of cutlery and other stuff. In addition there were lots of towels and the pool is very nice and pleasant. The outdoor space is also good and we were located in an area near lots of shops and near the cultural Centre of the city we also recommend the restaurant just near it called Nankin We would definitely visit again!

We went to the park, we had a wedding in Murcia and we loved the house. It was prepared with everything to be able to feel at home. Everything was very clean and the truth is that we will repeat soon

The listing is a little worn and tired but there was absolutely everything you need for a great stay. What the apartment lacked cosmetically was made up by a beautiful peaceful location, just a few steps from the beach and a great jetty to swim off and sunbathe ! The sunrise is stunning too ! Not to be missed. It’s a great base to explore the Mar Menor region of which I did including Los Alcazares and Cabo de Palos . It’s a beautiful village and oh the cafeteria across the road ! Thank you both for making me so welcome. I’ll see you again of that I’m certain. Carol.

An all-time favorite of ours, and we've traveled the world staying in airbnbs. Beautiful home and surroundings, welcoming host, lovely pool, and just perfect. We used the wood-fired grill to make our dinner and enjoyed the gorgeous courtyard with the grape vines. We need to find a way to get back here as a family! I highly recommend this!

We stayed for only a night but enjoyed it greatly. We were a group of 9 people mid 20s. All was very well laid out nice and cool for June, the pool was lovely. To put one minor point against the place would be the upstairs bathroom as its almost completely open plan, so it does limit a bit but with good communication theres no bother and we had no issue. Mari Carmen was very lovely and welcoming, we couldnt thank her enough for the warm welcome we received.

Nice and pleasant stay. Everything worked fine and it was very easy to communicate with the landlord. Great place with lovely pool;) Depends on a car in the area.

I stayed for one week with my husband and toddler. The apartment is very well equipped, with lots of toilet roll, towels, bed sheets and useful items like cling film, a bottle opener etc. We had to move our toddler's cot into our bedroom as her room didn't have air con which was fine. The apartment is on the first floor and has a lift/elevator for use. Both swimming pools are very clean. Please note, the apartment is not very child friendly. If you are bringing a child/children, there are lots of fragile items in the apartment e.g. fragile ornaments, and we moved the glass coffee table into the spare bedroom to be safe from damage. You also need to supervise small children on the balcony as it's possible for them to wriggle through the gaps of the railing or climb onto the balcony edge using a chair. I also checked the cupboards on the first day and there were sharp knives in the bottom drawer which I moved out of reach. We had a great holiday and Rosa is lovely! We would stay again!

Stayed here from the 3rd to the 10th June 2025. Viviane was a great host, nothing was too much trouble. Replied very quickly to my questions. The villa is absolutely gorgeous, the location is spot on, it’s so quiet and peaceful and only 10 minutes to the local amenities. We spent most of the time outside by the pool or upstairs on the top roof. The views are beautiful and the sunset is lovely. Will definitely book the villa again. Thanks Viviane for being a great host.

A short weekend break at the apartment, very nice rooms and even the neighbours on both sides are lovely . We will plan another trip soon .

One of the best ABB’s we have stayed in the only thing would be to remove the pallets from the outer courtyard but that is being petty. Great place
