Access is very easy next to the road cv-70, and you can fully disconnect in nature, discover this authentic region, do walks, kayak at the lake, cycle, eat at many local restaurants etc. We have a huge wood pergola, water from citern, solar electricity with 5kw batery, 2 showers.

The house (built between 1910-1920) is one of the few traditional Mediterranean-style buildings in the area that has been preserved and has not been demolished in order to build apartment blocks. The spirit of the house is humble and simple, although from the first moment you cross the entrance gate, its cozy and unique essence invades you. This unique character can be seen in every detail around you and in every corner of the house.

Comfortable holiday villa with large outdoor pool and beautiful Mediterranean garden! Away from any hustle and bustle, this spacious and luxurious holiday home offers the best conditions for a peaceful and relaxing holiday. The villa is located on a hill in the residential area La Sella. Through a forest path you can see the sea. The port of Denia or the beach is about 8 km away. A large shopping mall (Ondara) is 3.5 km away.

Mediterranean-style villa completely renovated in 2023 and distributed all on one floor. It is in a quiet residential area and very close to the beach and leisure areas. It has 3 spacious rooms, two of them with en-suite bathroom and another fourth room enabled as a work room. It has cold/heat air conditioning in all the rooms of the house as well as underfloor heating. The villa has a heated pool all year round.

The house is very close to the village of Xaló (you can walk) but at the same time enjoy the tranquility and peace of the mountain. Newly renovated and premiered in summer 2018, you'll have all the comforts of an exclusive home. In summer 2020, it was renovated so that guests can enjoy the covered terrace and a swimming pool (alberca) was built for summer days.
