A very well-kept structure with attention to detail! In addition to complete cleaning. The directions were clear and the location is good for traveling by car between Liguria and Tuscany. Street parking in front of the entrance gate, quiet area with the charm of the river. The description of the structure is accurate, so the only thing I would point out is that it may not be very suitable for those who have problems climbing stairs, as it is arranged on three levels.

Silvia and her husband are very friendly and welcoming . The listing is true to the photos . The house is very clean and easily accessible in a very quiet village with grocery store just 100m away. Easy to park. And when it comes to the view from the terrace , it's breathtaking and so relaxing. The bedding is impeccable and household linen is available . Large cities to visit nearby . Gorgeous pool (cold in May, but once we were in, it was great!) Great location, so peaceful. We drove into La Spezia because train strikes made the local station impractical, otherwise it would have been very handy. The cinque terre are really stunning. We also did a sunset cruise from La Spezia which was excellent. Fabios restaurant is 2 mins away - sadly we didn’t have time to go - next time! Initially we thought the house was a.little damp (the weather had been bad) but once we put the air con on heating this improved in no time ✅. (The listing suggests the apartment doesn’t have heating - it does. Plus very good air con when the weather improved!) Fabio and Simona were there when we asked a question and otherwise unobtrusive which was great. Basic kitchen facilities and equipment, but enough - we would go back!

We had a great stay at this tastefully designed place. We would like to emphasize the truly impeccable cleanliness! Gabriele is a very dedicated host! He sweetened our stay with small but fine touches (jam, tea, shower gel, a nice bouquet of flowers) and made sure several times proactively that everything was to our complete satisfaction! We can fully recommend this place!!!

Michele took very good care of us, we even had a free shuttle service to the train station to go to the national park, incl. advice. He recommended very good restaurants and even made reservations for us. The accommodation was very clean and he is very eager to fulfill every wish. We felt super comfortable and would also recommend the accommodation. Thumbs up, thank you Michele 👌🏼🥂

Wonderful stay – felt like home! The apartment was clean, cozy, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The terrace was a great spot to relax, and the location couldn’t be better – just a short walk to the sea and right next to a big supermarket. Our host was super friendly, always available, and made us feel very welcome. It really felt like home. Highly recommended – we’d love to come back!

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful place. The view was absolutely breathtaking – waking up to the stunning Tuscan landscape was a true highlight. Communication with our host was smooth and friendly, and the check-in process was super easy. Unfortunately, we had to leave a bit earlier than planned due to health reasons, but that didn’t take away from the wonderful experience. Thank you for your hospitality!

Mrs Gabriella was really so kind. We arrived earlier than the check-in time, but she helped us check-in early even though she was on duty. The accommodation is so clean and well-organized. In addition, she provided fruits, bread, snacks, wine, and harmonies etc. If I have a chance, I would like to stay at the accommodation again. See you again!!

First of all, a fantastic location, the apartment practically on the beach, waking up and looking at the sea was beautiful. Then the location to reach the goals we had set for ourselves was perfect. The apartment is very nice, clean and Sarà is always ready for anything you need.

Exceptional accommodation. A very good place to be able to make excursions to other places of interest such as Pisa, Lucca, Viareggio, Cinque Terre. The house is perfect for a family. It's exactly as shown in the pictures. Perfect cleanliness. A/C and fans. The pool is a plus that has made everyone's vacation happy. After going on excursions, coming home and being able to take a dip is the best! It has everything you need for a vacation. Carmela, an excellent host, welcomed us without waiting, made recommendations for places to visit and was always available to us. Both children and adults, we have really enjoyed the house and the incredible surroundings of this land. I would definitely stay here again. I absolutely recommend it. Thank you very much Carmela for letting us into your home and making us feel at home.

I would definitely recommend this place! The apartment is very clean, spacious and equipped with everything you need for an apartment. One of the advantages of this place is the beautiful view of the sea and the town! An ideal base for exploring the Cinque Terre and the surrounding area.

Our stay was beautiful! We didn't even leave the property, taking advantage of the grill and pool. Corrado was always very helpful and recommended many things to do in the area. The house was super clean and the surroundings were quiet, a perfect getaway. We'll be back!

Our easter holiday at Corrado's place was WONDERFUL.It's a welcoming and clean typical mountain chalet....Who loves to nature & calmness...Above all our children had great fun with his beautiful garden... Corrado has done his best for us.He is a available & courteous person...As a host he is perfect!!And it was a remarkable vacation!!!!

Nicolas home was a pleasure to visit, although on foot I was still able to reach nearby cities with relative ease. The pool was very refreshing and the surroundings was very peaceful.
