En 2026, nouveau parquet, nouveau tapis ☀️ Le jardin, les terrasses et la piscine (fermée en hiver) permettent de profiter de l'extérieur dans un quartier calme et résidentiel. Idéalement située dans le centre, le marché, les restaurants et les commerces sont à 5 minutes à pied. La gare est accessible en 15 minutes.

Authentic oyster farming district. Train station 400m away. Atypical for the comfort provided by the wood, its terraces, its water environment (between the port and the 'canelot'), its views, its swimming pool and the neighbor's oysters - the best in the Basin. This is my personal home.

Vous bénéficierez d'un joli appartement de 85 m2 refait à neuf, avec un balcon filant pour vos déjeuners face au Bassin. Au pied de l'appartement se dessine une petite plage ainsi qu'une cabane ostréicole où vous pourrez déguster huitres et coquillages. Le centre ville d'Arcachon est à 5 min en voiture ainsi que la gare . Les animaux ne sont pas admis.

Welcome to my bohemian little cocoon! My apartment is a large, bright 25m2 studio located on the 1st and last floor of one of the oldest buildings in La Teste-de-Buch. The decoration was done by me and the apartment has been completely repainted recently. The kitchen has been redone. If you are looking for a magical break in the Arcachon bay then my apartment has everything to seduce you with the charm of the old, its neat decoration and its ideal location.
