Excellent location, very close to the city center and Parc Fenestre. Nothing is missing in the apartment, whether it's coffee capsules, fine salt, oil, or cleaning products... and so on! Each room is carefully designed, making the place both comfortable and pleasant to live in. Romain was a very available and welcoming host, with delicate touches that really made a difference. We had an enjoyable few days. We felt at home with the apartment and amenities. The town has lots of reasonable priced restaurants, a beautiful park and we walked around the town which has beautiful Belle Epoque buildings. We also visited the Puy de Sancy and discovered a walk which has 3 waterfalls in Mont Dore. Plus we did a walk just outside of town through some forests. Martine was very friendly and helpful

A home away from home with views of Clermont-Ferrand. The place is very comfortable and nicely decorated. Frederique put together a comprehensive up to date book on what to do and where to go in the region. She is also a wealth of information on the region. The secure parking is a definite plus. Excellent experience. I would come back in a heartbeat.

We are satisfied with our family stay in David's apartment. It is located in a clean building, secured by a digitcode at night, in the city center, close to all shops and restaurants. No problem to park for free. The accommodation is clean, quiet, bright and very well equipped to prepare meals. The only downside is the creaky floor and the view of the courtyard. The self check-in and check-out with Isabelle went well, and the welcome kit with the small printed items is a very appreciable touch. The exchanges with David have always been friendly. We recommend this property.

Very nice apartment, crazy charm for this residence from the beginning of the 20th century. Carefully decorated with the owner's beautiful pastels. Great location for strolling around La Bourboule. Excellent stay in the gite clos saint sauves. Very welcoming hosts who gave us some great tips for visits to discover this beautiful region. The estate is equipped with a very pleasant common room where you can all eat together and play billiards, foosball, board game etc.... Very nice garden, the accommodation is in nature, it's very nice. 10 minutes from all shops and restaurants. Dogs are welcome with pleasure. If we come back to the area it will be home without hesitation.

We had a great week at La Bourboule in this place. The apartment was as described, in perfect condition, very well equipped, tastefully decorated and very clean. Michelle and her husband are very welcoming, communication is simple and pleasant with them and they are very responsive.

Recent appartment very clean and well furnished. Linen and bedding of very good quality. Kitchen well equipped. You can walk to the ski resort center and ski slopes, but there is a bus stop right in front of the building. Guillame is a very friendly and responsive host.

We stayed three days in this accommodation for exams, and it was a very pleasant break. The place is quiet, relaxing and perfect for relaxing. The owners were extremely responsive and attentive to our various questions, which greatly facilitated our stay. Beautifully refurbished accommodation, fully customizable. Close to the hyper center, a few meters from bars and restaurants. The spa was great, the shower very pleasant and the services really perfect (Netflix, breakfast, towels and bathrobes, shower gel, coffee...) We will come back and enjoy the other services at an extra cost. Thanks

We had a lovely stay at Florence and Nicolas' place, who are wonderful hosts and were always on hand with help and advice. The apartment is in a very quiet and calm location with a beautiful garden and lots of green. The appartment is very well equipped, clean, and pleasantly cool when the outside temperature is warm. Good for up to four people with plenty of outside space. The surrounding area is beautiful. Definitely recommended.
