We offer a town house renovated in April 2022 in a quiet area but 2 min walk from the central market and 6 min from the old port of La Rochelle, so in the very center. This house has a patio but also a garage. in a residence just at the end of the street (100 meters) with a length of 4.60 m and 1.80 m in height. Once installed you can do everything on foot: the market, the pedestrian streets and the port. The ideal place to enjoy La Rochelle while sleeping peacefully.

The rental is located in a leisure residence in the lake area, quiet near Les Sables-d'Olonne. This is a suite with a separate bedroom and bathroom, a beautiful terrace covered with a fully equipped bioclimatic pergola, and a Jacuzzi on the outdoor terrace. The whole space is private. It is part of a larger set of cottages that is our home. COVID INFORMATION: Hygiene and cleaning measures are followed to the letter by your host.

Welcome to our family home under the pine trees! Ideally located 300 m from the beach and shops, in a quiet area, it is the perfect place to have a good time with friends or family. The pine garden surrounds the house, you can observe birds and squirrels while having breakfast on the terrace. François's grandparents built this villa in the 1960s and we have completely renovated it while preserving its authenticity.

This bright 20m2 studio on the 3rd floor of an old building is ideally located a 2-minute walk from the very famous towers of the old port (Vieux Port). You have a fantastic clear view of the Lantern tower from the window. You will sleep in a a real bed of 140cm large folding very comfortable. Culture, beaches, shops, park, resaturants, bars... Everything is within walking distance! You’ll feel right at home!
