This 30 m² duplex loft (5 min walk to the beach), is made and designed for a wellness stay for 2. A real private jacuzzi, a massage room, queen size bed with star view and a private garden of 25 m². Very quiet neighborhood. We offer a town house renovated in April 2022 in a quiet area but 2 min walk from the central market and 6 min from the old port of La Rochelle, so in the very center. This house has a patio but also a garage. in a residence just at the end of the street (100 meters) with a length of 4.60 m and 1.80 m in height. Once installed you can do everything on foot: the market, the pedestrian streets and the port. The ideal place to enjoy La Rochelle while sleeping peacefully.
