The apartment includes a living room of 35 m², equipped with two leather sofas and a dining table. This living room is open to the balcony which is equipped with an outdoor lounge. The central location of this house favors "everything on foot" (beaches, marina, market, shops, multisport field...). The saltwater pool (9 X 3) is heated from April to October and is just for you! To enjoy your stay as soon as you arrive, the beds are made. Linens are provided with all the necessary maintenance. To discover (or rediscover): the medieval city of Guérande, the salt marshes, La Baule... but also the islands with immediate departures from the port.
