In a green & quiet setting of a magnificent 15th century castle located at the entrance of our beautiful medieval city of Dinan, you will stay in a 54 m2 loft apartment on the ground floor of the main building. You will discover its magnificent monumental fireplace and you will fall in love with this authentic building, steeped in history with all modern comforts in the heart of a beautiful 3-hectare park with its pond just a 15-minute walk from the historic center or 3 minutes by free bus.

Small cottage between land and sea

We are the first house (or the last depending on where we arrive) of a small very quiet hamlet between Dinan (20 minutes away) and Saint Malo (15 minutes away). The cottage is a totally independent studio on our property. It is accessible by a staircase and is not overlooked. It has a private garden, also without any vis-à-vis, with table and chairs, umbrella, coffee table and sunbeds, barbecue... The pool, heated to 28 degrees is only open in the summer, from June 26 to September 6.

The accommodation: close to Saint Malo, Dinan, Dinard, Mt St MICHEL, Cancale, 1 km from the Rance estuary. Numerous walking trails. Equestrian center 100 m away. You'll love my place because of the neighborhood, the quiet. My place is perfect for couples, solo travelers, business travelers, and families (with kids). During the summer, the accommodation is rented by the week. Cleaning: To be done upon departure. Bedding + towels are no longer provided since COVID.

A beautiful collection of old stone cottages on the edge of a sleepy hamlet a few hundred yards from the idyllic Rance estuary. Cosy in winter - with 2 wood stoves and a stunning kitchen/dining extension. And perfect in summer with a huge garden, patios, and woods. We only rent the entire property to ONE group at a time. It is suitable for a family, or a larger group of up to 8 adults, maximum.

The accommodation is independent and offers all the modern comforts of a current home with all the useful equipment. The private park of more than 5000m2 is accessible to travelers who can also go see the goats and sheep in their enclosure.
