Monthly Rentals in La Xara

We had a fantastic week. Lea is super friendly and happy to help you. The house is spotless and is maintained with a lot of love. Everything has been thought of. Our two small children (2 and 4) had a wonderful time playing in the pool. We have enjoyed the tranquility. Recommended: jardin de l'albarda, the Sunday market in Jesus Probe (delicious cakes!), and by car you can easily reach Denia (los banos sunshine bar, easy parking at the beach and nice lunch or dinner here) and Javea. We picked up delicious food (grilled chicken) at La Rostisseria (Denia, order in advance). Then you have several wonderful places in the garden to dine. If you want to dine in a nice place elsewhere, go to Cala Clemence del Portixol (we went to breakfast because of few parking spaces, reservation is only for breakfast not necessary, otherwise it is!). Keep it up!

Amazing stay at the villa! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and it had everything that we needed! Beautiful villa and surroundings - very private and serene! The pool was amazing! Host was very responsive and flexible with check in/check out. Only slight downside is the bedroom/bathroom situation. There is no main bathroom, one bedroom has an en suite and the other two bedrooms share a bathroom (you have to walk through one bedroom and the shared bathroom to get to the other bedroom) - this was fine for us (a family) but would be difficult if there were three couples sharing. Other than this, it was an amazing stay and we would absolutely return and stay again. Thank you for a wonderful stay

Luis is a fantastic host. We were warmly welcomed and shown around. He had made a binder with all the points of interest in the area. The area is beautiful and the house is super suitable for celebrating your vacation. Only must is a car! But then you can also enjoy all the beauty that the Costa Blanca has to offer. Lovely house, spacious and equipped with every comfort. It's in a car-free district, with a garage under the house. Very well worth it, especially in the winter!!! Temperature pleasant during the day in winter, an average of 18 to 20 degrees. Thank you Luis for the unforgettable month, we really enjoyed it! Best regards, Ronnie.
