La posizione è ideale: a soli 500 metri dalla stazione base di Laax/Rock Resort e a 100 metri dalla fermata "Rancho", servita dalla navetta gratuita.

Als Loft mit edelsten Materialien (Valser Granit, Schlossparkett, viel Altholz, freistehende Wanne, Eisenkamin auf zwei Seiten geöffnet, Designarmaturen) ausgebaut. Mit geschütztem Gartensitzplatz und Garten. Sonnige, ruhige Lage. Eigener Hauseingang, Sauna im Nebengebäude. Ski in, ski out oder Skibus in drei Minuten erreichbar.

Small but nice. 2 rooms - with private indoor pool

The indoor pool is closed from March to December 26 due to renovation. Our beautiful 2 room WHG in Laax is centrally located and leaves nothing to be desired. It has a modern kitchen incl. Dishwasher and balcony. Lake Laaxer can be reached within a 5-minute walk. 1 bedroom with double bed and 1 pull-out sofa in the living room are available. Thus, the apartment is suitable for 4 persons. During your stay, you can use the indoor pool, which is located in the house.

Liebe Gäste, Cordial bainvegni a Gmuetli! Herzlich Willkommen im Gmuetli! Im Herzen von Arosa, in der Nähe des Obersees gelegen findet ihr unser kleines liebevoll eingerichtetes Bijou. Die Wohnung in Form eines Studios ist ca. 50qm gross und wurde komplett neu renoviert. Es bietet Platz für 2-4 Personen. Wir wünschen euch einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt im Gmuetli. There are 4 bedrooms (8 beds) and 3 bathrooms. Three bedrooms have one double bed and one bedroom has two single beds. Two bathrooms with a shower cubicle and the third has a large bathtub. Ski room and laundry area for common use in the house. 2 parking spaces in the garage.
