Recreation in the alpine pasture

Originally a Maiensäss, the vacation home is now a special kind of retreat. It is located above the municipality of Schiers in the Prättigau on a southern slope at around 1100 m above sea level and is accessible by a walk of approx. 15 minutes from the car park. Guests will find peace and quiet from everyday life, are surrounded by forests and meadows and enjoy a wonderful view of the mountains. The Maiensäss is only suitable for guests in the winter months who can also find their way around in situations with fresh snow.

Max. 16 people. Self-catering. Lighting: solar energy 24 V. Cooking: gas/wood. Hot water for kitchen & shower (instantaneous water heater). Central heating and 1 stove in the large living room. 1 double & 2 large multi-bed rooms on the upper floor. Panoramic terrace, large lawn with brick fireplace. Access (summer) by car in about 7 minutes, on foot in about 40 minutes. In winter, no access by car is possible. (12/20 - 04/30) Food & luggage transport can be booked. Hot pot with bubbles can be booked in addition.

Cozy mountain hut in Laax, right on the ski slope. In summer, it is ideal for hiking, mountain biking or relaxing. No Wi-Fi, no TV – perfect for switching off. Enjoy the tranquility, no traffic noise and the fantastic view of the valley. Whether an active vacation or simply relaxing in the hammock: here you will experience pure nature. Note: In winter during the ski season you cannot drive directly to the house. I will be happy to provide more information on arrival in winter on request.

Within a minute you can reach a ski and snowboard rental as well as a children's ski school. You can ski in front of the chalet. Restaurant with breakfast option is close. Hiking trails lead into unique mountain landscapes. The chalet is ideal for a couple. Dogs are welcome.

This lovingly designed log cabin offers a perfectly used space for 2 people on 20 m². The warm wooden construction creates a cozy, alpine ambience – ideal for a relaxing break in nature. A special highlight is the sleeping gallery with a comfortable double bed, which gives the hut its charming character. From here or from the terrace you can enjoy a wonderful view of the impressive Churfirsten - a panorama that enchants.

A place to relax and enjoy the tranquility. Maiensäss REFUGI in Con Sut / Val Sumvitg for rent on a weekly basis. The Maiensäss can be reached by car up to about 500 m. (Driving permit must be obtained.) From the hamlet of Val it is about 45-minute walk away. The house can accommodate up to 6 people. The Maiensäss can be rented weekly. Individual requests are also possible.
