Studio moderne de 20m2 avec cuisine équipée, sdb avec une douche à l'italienne, lit en 160, télévision,et WiFi. Accès piscine chauffée ( de mai au 15 septembre) ,espace extérieur partagé avec les propriétaires ; jacuzzi réservé aux locataires. Le studio est attenant à notre maison mais l'entrée est indépendante. Situé à 10 mn en voiture des plages de Seignosse, Hossegor et Capbreton, à 25mn de Bayonne et 50 mn de l'Espagne. Nombreux départs de pistes cyclables. Parking fermé dans la cour.

Our house is located in a peaceful hamlet, on the edge of the forest, less than a 20-minute walk from the beaches of Pavillon Royal and Ilbarritz. We created the Guest House in our image: warm, cheerful and natural. Enjoy our Chill & Train spaces all year round: The Jacuzzi at 37°, under the patio, sheltered from the rain. The Garden, hammock, hanging egg, fatboy The outdoor CrossFit area and its cabin.

Close to the sea and the mountains, come and recharge your batteries in a refuge 10 minutes from Biarritz. Perched on stilts more than 3 m high, surrounded by trees in a lush garden, the cabin is fully equipped so you can enjoy great comfort in the heart of nature. The fully equipped summer kitchen is under the cabin. You will wake up to birdsong. OPTION: payable on site (no credit card): Nordic bath €40 (or €50 with 2 bathrobes). Simple self-service breakfast included.

New 20 m2 studio, located on the 1st floor, well furnished, 160 bed, 6 min by car, 10 min by bike (bike path 1 min away) and 30 min walk to the beaches, golf, thalasso. Independent entrance. Facing the Pignada Forest. Quiet, 2-minute walk to the shops. Bus stop in front of the house. Bicycle loan upon request. Free Wi-Fi connection. SPA access is extra. €20. (Not available in January 2026) There is a smart TV, but it does not allow access to all the classic channels.

Trés agréable logement idéalement situé dans un site execptionellement calme sur le lac de Lalaguibe , proche de la mer, entre Capbreton et Bayonne. Commerces à proximité. Logement exposé Sud Sud/Ouest, avec une grande terrasse en bois, sans vis à vis et indépendant de la maison principale. Idéal pour un couple, pouvant aussi accueillir un jeune enfant. Le studio est adapté aux personnes en situation de handicap. Possibilité de mettre à l'abri des vélos.
