The apartment was completely renovated this winter! It is just 10 minutes away from the beautiful beaches in Rabac. It's located at the ground floor of the house. It has WiFi, air conditioning and a HD TV. You will also get a private pool with a big pavilion on a first floor. The outside kitchen is also available for your use along with the outside grill. The studio apartment is very similar with another one (GEA app) in the same building so it's suitable for families and friends up to 6! (3+3)

PLEASE READ ALL THE INFO IN FURTHER DESCRIPTIONS because this is a specific area.Bakar is a small isolated village in the center of all large tourist places. It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.

Time to dream above the sea. An apartment on the top floor of a family house, with spectacular view, and I do mean spectacular views of the sea, the bay and also of the Old City Labin. It is located in an area close to the sea. Walking distance to the nearest and biggest beach in Rabac is 250 meters. The décor of the apartment is clean and fresh and modern (check out the photos). Best for 2 people - couples, best friends, solo adventurers, business travelers.

Villa Storia

Our time at Villa Storia was (despite a severe almond inflammation) very relaxing and peaceful. Everything we had hoped for after our stressful everyday life at home. Unfortunately, we had some bad luck with the weather and yet you had an amazing view of the forests and the sea of Croatia from the pool. A few degrees warmer and no illness and everything would have been perfect. Great place to get down. The nearby place Rabac is really beautiful and the sea there is incredibly welcoming. The villa was really a great decision, everything very lovingly decorated and kept clean and since we mostly cooked at home, we were of course also very excited about the kitchen equipment. There was really everything needed for cooking. So if I could give 6 stars I would! Thanks u so much!

A Hidden Gem! I recently had the pleasure of staying at this incredible apartment, and I can't say enough good things about it! The location is perfect – secluded and private, yet within walking distance to the city. The nearby beaches are stunning and easily accessible. The place itself is immaculate and beautifully maintained. The bed feels like a cloud, ensuring a restful night's sleep every time. The cleanliness of the entire space is top-notch, making it feel like a true home away from home. The host is exceptionally kind, friendly, and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. His hospitality truly made the experience even more enjoyable. I will definitely keep coming back to this apartment. It's a perfect blend of tranquility and convenience. Highly recommend!

We had a lovely stay in Labin. The view from the apartment is very beautiful. The place is quiet and the apartment is large and clean. The bed is very comfortable. The city center is not nearby, however, we went there by car because I am pregnant and there was a little walking with hills.

We had an awesome time at this modern yet simple home. The relatively central location allowed us to do food shopping or dining with a five minute drive. Given the unseasonably hot weather, we enjoyed being outside most, using the pool/shower and large patio with kitchen. The outside kitchen is fantastic as it is large, covered and equipped with a fridge, dishwasher and BBQ grill (propane) that allowed us to sit and enjoy the awesome views of downtown Labin all day and night (there is also a patio walkway that wraps around the home with a side entrance to the laundry room opposite the pool area that made it convenient to do laundry after enjoying the pool). Our host Dalan made the stay even better (many thanks to his mom for the awesome fruit jam). After learning more about Dalan and his global travels, we understood where the finishes in the home came from. Communication with Dalan was easy (multilingual). Truly a home away from home and would definitely stay again!

Our stay was very relaxed, the accommodation has everything you need for a relaxing holiday and a very cute location. Free parking nearby, also suitable for larger cars, is relaxed. Nick's tips were also good and helpful. All in all great value for money.
