On the first floor, you will find a functional and furnished kitchen with an eating area, a cosy living room and a bathroom including a toilet and a shower. The second floor provides 2 large separate bedrooms, with 2 queen size beds and a single bed. A convertible sofa is available in the living room.

You'll love my place because of the brightness and the comfort. My place is good for families, groups of friends. Bed linen is provided (except shower and pool towels). THE POOL (8 x 4 m) is secure. Free tennis 400 m from the house. WiFi in the house. (July August minimum week). ATTENTION (no parties or noisy evenings after 10:30pm to respect the neighborhood). For checkout times (for weeks departing on Saturday at 9 a.m., weekends on Sunday at 5 p.m.)

The apartment is a furnished type 2, on the ground floor with covered terrace, barbecue garden furniture, enclosed and wooded land. It is a 2-star cottage. The village is in walking distance (300m). I recommend a wonderful hike on the banks of the Ardèche from the house: the circus of PEOPLE ( 2 to 3 hours of wonder). We are close to Vallon Pont d 'Arc and the Chauvet cave. Nearby there are also the classified villages of Labeaume, Balazuc and Voguë.

Hiking trails start from the cabin and will allow you to discover the Cévennes landscapes and enjoy the rivers... Our goat farm is located 50 m from the cabin: so you can, if you wish, meet our goats, of a rustic and rare breed (more than 800 individuals in the world).

Quiet, in a typical old restored mill located in the heart of nature by the stream, not overlooked, at the foot of the CEVENNES. Part of the building is converted into a spacious and cool 110 m² cottage for 6/7 people. On the ground floor you have the living room, dining room/kitchen. Upstairs, three bedrooms and a mezzanine, bathroom, toilet. The mill is 600 m from Banne. A five-minute drive away you have several shops.
