De plein pied, la surface est de 40m2. Une grande baie vitrée donne directement sur la terrasse à l'ombre des chênes (mobilier de jardin et parasol). La résidence est clôturée, la piscine ouverte: 1er juin /30 septembre, aire de jeux pour enfants, boulodrome, salle de sport, BBQ, table de ping pong.

Welcome to Ginou's in ''lachanau''. My house is air-conditioned and comfortable. Ideally located near the lake and ocean. Depending on the season: swimming, water sports, walks in the forest, horseback riding, visit to the Médoc castles and also: naps in the sun or half shade, petanque and books available, children's games... what happiness! The house is fenced (parking for 2 vehicles). There is another accommodation but each has a garden and the private spaces are perfectly independent.
