A common and enclosed parking lot allows you to easily park your vehicle. This cottage is located in the village of Lacanau Ville, a 5-minute walk from the market and shops. The lake and its surroundings are a 15-minute walk away. The ocean and its sandy beaches are 15 minutes by car (40 minutes by bike).

Lovely little bright fisherman's house. Close to the ocean, you will be a few steps from the beach. Close to shops and activities, you can easily do everything on foot but BEWARE in summer our seaside resort is very busy and our little house close to entertainment (concerts) and restaurants loses its tranquility, especially in the evening. Ideal for a couple with 2 children. We often come to enjoy this little cocoon and we are happy to share it with you!
