Holiday rentals with a balcony in Lacona

This accommodation was very quiet and very clean. Location was great. In a minute, you'll be in the middle of the vibrant village. From the terrace, we had a beautiful view of the sea Communication with Carlotta was prompt and very good. Thank you very much, we can only recommend this wonderful apartment and will be happy to come back.

We had the best stay at Silvia’s place in Porto Azurrro. The view was unmatched as well as the location. Porto Azurro is such a charming place, with plenty to do. We also enjoyed two days of just lounging on the beach, swimming in the crystal clear water. A big upside of this apartment is the proximity to the beach. It was easy to go up to use the restroom, grab lunch, etc, while having our beach day. Silvia sent great videos that helped make the check in process very smooth, even though we got in late at night and in a rainstorm. Her notebook of recommendations for Porto Azurro also helped us find the best spots to eat and drink at-we weren’t once disappointed. We would love to come back to this apartment with our kids next time!

We found the apartment well cleaned, modern and well-stocked decor (blankets, extra pillows,..). USB sockets, large, functional bathrooms. The kitchen has everything you need, also well furnished. There are two balconies, both of which can be eaten outside. There is a "lounge" area and two sun loungers on the terrace overlooking the sea. You can't help but feel on vacation. Ideal location for those who want to be not in the center, very quiet and the view is simply magnificent. The apartment is just a few minutes walk from the beach (both free beach and the possibility of renting sunbeds/umbrellas) and in about 15 minutes you can reach Procchio 8ristoranti/bar/grocery store). We were four adults, the spaces were functional. There are covered parking lots. Definitely recommended!

Beautiful apartment located in a private complex that includes several private villas in addition to the residence. Great amenities: pools, bars, pizzeria, restaurant all in the private park and reserved only for guests of the complex. Crystal clear sea. Apartment complete with every comfort. The only suggestion I would give is to understand in the price (relevant) also sheets and towels. see you soon. Laura and friends

We loved our stay at Alba del Mare! We stayed for 5 nights at the end of May. The weather was glorious and the apartment was perfect. It was a little difficult to find however Carlotta was incredibly helpful and responsive. Mostly due to us having anroids and google maps not being very current. Some photos and or a video would be super helpful for any future guests. It is 40€ for towels and linen which feels a little steep however it's very clear up front so no surprises. The bathroom and kitchen are well equipped and the balcony is gorgeous for your morning espresso! The apartment is in a brilliant location. Close to restaurants, bus stops and you are able to walk (although steep) to a couple of beaches. Thankyou Carlotta and Alessandro!

We loved our stay at Capo Perla. The location was stunning, with incredible view from the terrace and a short walk down to the quiet beach with crystal clear waters. Perfect spot for some peace and tranquility away from the main crowds on the island and just a 4 minute drive to the gorgeous town of Capoliveri. The host was friendly and responsive to all our needs. We loved the outdoor shower, though it is not totally private!

House as described, one hundred of Capoliveri are very close but at the same time a quiet and peaceful area, characterized by a series of villas. The first beaches are easily accessible in minutes. The house has a nice outdoor space, a large kitchen with everything you need, spacious rooms and large closets. I really recommend it, the only downside is the cost of cleaning, a little higher than the average.

We had a wonderful time on Elba and can absolutely recommend the accommodation! The view from the apartment to the sea is simply fantastic - looking at the sea every morning was a dream. Everything was spotlessly clean and very well maintained. The kitchen in particular was superbly equipped! The location is nice and central, so you can quickly get to the surrounding towns, but still have your peace and quiet. The hosts were incredibly warm and helpful – you immediately feel welcome. Elba itself is fantastically beautiful, we will definitely come back!

Top accommodation - we felt very comfortable. Super terrace with great views. Air conditioning/heating in 3 rooms. Everything quite new and nicely renovated. A little far to the beach/restaurant - but did not bother us. I would like to express special thanks and praise to the local host.
