Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Lacona

Heidi's villa is a small jewel, located in a quiet and reserved location but very close (5 minutes by car) to the town of Porto Azzurro where you can find everything you need (supermarkets, restaurants, shops...). The view from the house is wonderful and the outdoor space is perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature. The house is small but very clean, equipped with every comfort and cozy, perfectly according to the description and photos provided by Heidi. We had a great time! Our dog loved the garden and dog beach right below the house! The only small mole in terms of our habits was the fact that it was not possible to completely obscure the bedrooms and therefore the light in the morning woke us up quite early! Heidi was always extremely quick and kind in the places and, although distant, available at any time we needed her.

Federica was very nice and provided us with all the directions to facilitate our arrival. The apartment met our expectations, clean and tidy... nothing was missing! Thank you very much, we hope to be back soon!

We had a wonderful time in Berith's vacation home! The house is not only beautiful, but also corresponds in every respect to the description in the advertisement – and perhaps even more. We particularly enjoyed the terrace with the large table, where we could have breakfast in peace every morning. Listening to the birds was the perfect start to the day for us. It was exactly the time out we needed. Thank you for everything!

The personal contact with Giacomo was very pleasant and friendly. The house is in a beautiful location outside of Marciana Marina. From there you have a beautiful view of the sea and the mountains. We quickly got used to the steep, narrow road and also the access to the parking lot. We liked the house itself and the tasteful furnishings very much. A tip: besides the cumbersome access directly from the parking lot, there is a second access a little further above the street. This makes it easier to transport luggage, for example.

Extremely pleasant week-long stay in this beautiful apartment, decorated with great taste and intelligently designed. Located in the historic center of Capoliveri, with immediate access to all the activities offered by this charming village. Very well equipped and functional apartment. Despite the exceptionally high heat for the season, we were able to create quite bearable conditions thanks to the fans and by creating drafts, mainly in the living room. Thanks to Birgit, we had a garage near the apartment, which was a real luxury, given the difficulties in finding a parking space at certain times of the day. Last but not least, the apartment has a comfortable and generous terrace, with an exceptional view of the island of Montecristo, where we were able to have our breakfasts and a large part of our evening meals, enjoying the fresh evening air.

In Tanya's Airbnb, we immediately felt at home. The accommodation is simply perfect for those who – like us – are on holiday with their dog. The tranquility of country life just a few meters from the beach and the sea - a true paradise for us. Since it is an agriturismo, we particularly appreciated the opportunity to buy fresh eggs and vegetables. A straight A with an asterisk – we will definitely be back

The accommodation in Capoliveri was also great with baby. Everything is within walking distance, numerous fantastic beaches can be reached by car in 5-10 minutes. In mid-May, it was not too crowded - sometimes we were alone on the beach in the sun. Many thanks to Lucca for the great tips and the help in the apartment.

Very nice apartment with sea view and a comfortable terrace, only a few minutes walk to the beach. The owners living on the upper floor of the house are very nice and give helpful advices.

Emanuela is so thoughtful and really cares about everything. We arrive to find breakfast snacks, biscuits, olive oil, coffee, water. Towels and bedding which you don’t always get in Elba. She is always there to help you and she just goes that extra mile… the room is nice and the garden where you can sit and eat is nice. You don’t often find someone like Emanuela who cares this much about your comfort

Very nice stay at Victoria's!! The apartment was impeccable, clean and consistent with the description. Victoria is very welcoming and responsive if needed. The location is perfect for walking to Portoferraio and taking the bus if you want to go elsewhere on the island. I recommend 100%

Very well-stocked apartment, clean and very close to Capoliveri beach and Felciaio beach (10 minutes walk). Warm shower and ample outdoor space are very useful. Bathroom a little small, but with a comfortable shower and great water pressure. Large private parking. Highly recommended and definitely a point of reference for the area!

Spartako and Irina are very attentive and caring hosts. They welcomed us very warmly and always helped with advice and recommendations, as well as sweet persimmons from their own garden. Lovely clean house with everything you need, surrounded by a lovely garden in which it is pleasant to relax, and in which we even saw a walking pheasant. Good strategic location from which it is convenient to get anywhere on the island. We will be happy to stay here again if we come to the island again.

Positive experience from Cornelia! In our communications, he told us to wait for us in front of Capoliveri City Hall. Five minutes after the phone call, he was already there and took us to the apartment. Check-in at our request was flexible. The area is quiet in the middle of the countryside. There is an equipped kitchen, a good bed and a great bathroom with shower! There is also discreet privacy because of the adjacent gated courtyard. Great for those with small children or a dog like us! There are loungers and a table for outdoor dining.

Beautiful penthouse apartment with a fantastic terrace The apartment is located on the roof and has a very large terrace with a magnificent view of Elba and the Tyrrhenian Sea - a real highlight. Host: Gaia was extremely friendly and accommodating. Equipment & condition: The apartment is in a well-maintained and very clean condition. Everything you need for a successful summer vacation in Italy is available - including air conditioning. Location: Shops (COOP), the city center, a swimming bay, bakery and pizzeria are within walking distance. Please note: The proximity to a busy road brings a certain amount of noise, which may be perceived by guests who are more sensitive to noise. Conclusion: We had a very pleasant stay and thank Gaia very much.

Diana and her family are very quick and friendly to everything, very good service. The apartment is located slightly above the beach on a street, which you hardly hear at all and therefore does not disturb it. The beach is a 1-2-minute walk. The apartment is very well equipped, nothing is missing. We grilled in the garden, which also worked great. We had a nice cat in front of the door or in the garden at all times, which did not bother us, but perhaps worth mentioning with allergies. All in all, a great stay.

We stayed in the apartment for two weeks. Maria Grazia is very kind and welcomed us by making us feel at home right away and responding immediately when we had some requests. From the garden the view is phenomenal and the location is convenient (in 15 minutes by car you can reach the blue port and the Lido di Capoliveri, in 20 the Gulf of Lacona). In a couple of minutes on foot you can reach the center of Capoliveri, which is always pleasantly lively in the evening. Highly recommended!

Very nice apartment and well equipped, we especially liked the large veranda. The apartment is quiet and you are in the center in 10 minutes' walk, a supermarket (Conad) is right by the apartment, very convenient. We were on the island without a car and everything worked out just fine with the buses. Thank you Paola!

A group of 6 guys stayed at the house for three nights and four days. The house was clean, with everything you need both in terms of sheets and towels, and for the kitchen, which is very well stocked. Comfortable beds in all rooms and two clean bathrooms with large showers. The area is excellent as it is 10 minutes by car from the center of Marciana Marina and also has private access to a beach that can be reached on foot in 10 minutes. The outdoor garden area allows you to dine or lunch outside under the gazebo, with a truly priceless view of the sea. Very positive experience that we hope to repeat in the future, thanks also to the kindness and availability of the host. Amazing value for money.

Very nice, modern and sparkling clean accommodation in a beautiful and spacious hotel complex in a quiet location. We enjoyed our stay and Simona was a great host. It was just a pity that the pool area was not yet open in mid-April. Thank you, dear Simona, we will definitely come back someday!

We liked best that the sea was only a stone's throw away. The fact that Nisportino is at the end of a long winding road has the great advantage that not so many tourists get lost here even in the high season. There's a beautiful hiking trail above the coast. Cristiano and Sonia are great helpful hosts who are always available. The apartment is spacious and as shown in the pictures. There is air conditioning and a terrace, which is directly adjacent to the terrace of the neighboring apartment, but that did not bother us, thanks to pleasant neighbors. The kitchen is equipped with the essentials, a little more dishes or kitchen utensils would complete the whole thing. If you think about bringing your own dishwashing liquid, cloths, dish towels, soap, shampoo, towels and bed linens (1.80-wide sheets for the double beds), you can have a great vacation there.

La Casa di Galileo is a gem in the historic center of Capoliveri, an enchanting village. The location of the house offers a glimpse between hills and sea with fiery sunsets and being secluded offers moments of absolute tranquility. It is tastefully furnished and with a special touch of originality, it also provides all the comforts for a peaceful vacation. Ingenious use of the tablet that reports information every day to experience the house and the island carefree. Christian is a kind and welcoming person, always present to resolve any issues and to give suggestions that make the vacation relaxing and enjoyable. We had a great time and hope to be able to return. Thanks for everything.
