Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Lafitte

This is a great house and worked perfectly for our family. The first floor common space was spacious and easy for our being together. The bedrooms were also spacious and private. The neighborhood has lots of walkable amenities (supermarket, coffee, amazing ice cream/bakery and both quick serve and special restaurants) as well as being a convenient drive to the airport, Superdome, and all the neighborhoods we wanted to visit. Parking is very easy. The hosts were incredibly responsive. We had an amazing time!

The home has a charming vintage feel with beautiful original details. It was cozy, peaceful, and perfectly located—whether you're here for the music, food, history, or culture, it's an ideal base for exploring New Orleans.

Loved our stay! Very clean, beautiful decor, accommodating entertainment inside, pool area private and relaxing, nice sitting porch. Hosts, very responsive and willing to help in any way. They went above and beyond with providing toiletries, linens, enviornmental comforts ect!

One of the best individually-owned rentals we have ever booked. To say that it is clean and well-stocked is an understatement! We will keep this one at the top of our list for NOLA. It truly felt like home. Off-street parking was perfect. Very nice neighborhood. Easy access to the trolley (streetcar). We enjoyed this home so very much.

this was our second time in New Orleans, and Ginger's place is the place to be. its right by the ferry that can shuttle you into the French quarter, with a hidden gem of a walkable trail that has the most beautiful sunset in the city. within minutes one can walk to some really good local restaurants and grab some great coffee in the quiet and friendly neighborhood. Ginger is super responsive, and shared some great tips on how to navigate and better enjoy our stay. would definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting to enjoy the life of New Orleans while having a quiet place to rest. will definitely be back!

Great Air Bnb. It was my first time in New Orleans and being located in Uptown was perfect. The home is exactly like the pictures, whenever I visit again I would definitely love to stay here again.

the booklet of local things to do and see was very appreciated. the only things I would change is the cleanliness of the kitchen drawers and the outlets were a little concerning. the location was safe and the area was quite. we would definitely stay again

My stay with Preservation Green was awesome! Absolutely stellar location, 2 blocks from Magazine Street and less than a block from a phenomenal sandwich/cocktail joint. Kendra was AMAZING, so accommodating and welcoming. Super responsive. Overall, a great experience in the Garden District. Would definitely stay again.

A perfectly appointed, spotless, HUGE apartment located steps away from the French Quarter. Safe and secure. Street noise at night so if you need perfectly quiet to sleep, that could be an issue but with earplugs, it was okay for us! Would stay and reccomend to anyone.
