Loved this Oak Street Oasis for my family’s stay. It’s in a great location & Super clean. Great mix of old & new furnishings & decorations. Felt right at home. Beds are super comfy. Wish we could have stayed longer. Highly recommend!

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described in the listing. I don't often stay in Airbnbs, but this home in the Garden District of New Orleans has absolutely raised the bar. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that the host had thoughtfully curated every aspect of the experience. The home was not only spotless and beautifully appointed, but it included every extra I could have possibly needed—and then some. Dre has clearly thought of everything. There was a well-organized binder packed with local recommendations, complimentary water and snacks , and a level of hospitality that rivaled the best hotels. The host was warm, incredibly responsive, and clearly committed to making guests feel welcome and at ease. It’s rare to find a place that blends the comforts of home with the polish of a boutique stay, but this one absolutely nailed it. A true standout. I wouldn’t hesitate to return.

Very family friendly Airbnb. We had three littles traveling with six adults, and there was plenty of space for all. Lots of delicious restaurants, nearby and very centralized location to everything that we wanted to do.

this was our second time in New Orleans, and Ginger's place is the place to be. its right by the ferry that can shuttle you into the French quarter, with a hidden gem of a walkable trail that has the most beautiful sunset in the city. within minutes one can walk to some really good local restaurants and grab some great coffee in the quiet and friendly neighborhood. Ginger is super responsive, and shared some great tips on how to navigate and better enjoy our stay. would definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting to enjoy the life of New Orleans while having a quiet place to rest. will definitely be back!

Great Air Bnb. It was my first time in New Orleans and being located in Uptown was perfect. The home is exactly like the pictures, whenever I visit again I would definitely love to stay here again.

the booklet of local things to do and see was very appreciated. the only things I would change is the cleanliness of the kitchen drawers and the outlets were a little concerning. the location was safe and the area was quite. we would definitely stay again

My stay with Preservation Green was awesome! Absolutely stellar location, 2 blocks from Magazine Street and less than a block from a phenomenal sandwich/cocktail joint. Kendra was AMAZING, so accommodating and welcoming. Super responsive. Overall, a great experience in the Garden District. Would definitely stay again.

David checked in on our stay a couple times to confirm we had everything we needed. Much appreciated. Location was great. Close to restaurants, museums and the trolly (fun to ride to all the sights!) We loved staying in this condo in New Orleans—it was perfect for our family! The kitchen had everything we needed, making it easy to cook meals. The condo was very clean, with nice beds, fresh towels, and even a coffee pot, shampoo, and conditioner provided. Highly recommended

We had a wonderful girl's trip at this property. It's close enough to drive to Bourbon Street and surrounding areas without having to stay in the "noisy" part of the city.

Comfortable, clean, and surprisingly peaceful spot. Close to Frenchman street too! We were very comfortable and appreciated that the hosts provided early check in. No complaints.

This is a lovely spot in a great location, right on Magazine street in the heart of the Garden District. Walkable, with restaurants, coffee shops and sweet shady neighborhood streets showcasing New Orleans' architecture. The space itself was exactly like the photos - very stylish, comfortable, clean and well-appointed. Jo Ann was very accomodating, responsive and an excellent host. It was a fun stay for our first trip to NOLA and we're glad to have had the chance to experience it.
