This was great for our stay. We were in town for a wedding in Peru. It was just 20 minutes away from the venue. Very well appointed. The bathroom is amazing. The only thing I would recommend is a trash can in the bathroom and a pad of paper to write on. It was very comfortable and the beds were great! Very clean as well. I would stay again.

Russ and Julie communicated through text and the website. Immediately responses and proactive on detailed check in/out instructions. The house was so comfortable! Super clean and everything you need was there. They even provided some waffles And muffins for breakfast! The kitchen was a perfect size for the two of us and we could have cooked way more than breakfast. Beds were soft and warm as we slept with windows open and the night air was fresh and cool. Great pillows! Linens and bath towels etc, were lovely, soft, and softly fragrant. Th home is older, but with modern floors, giving it a lovely cozy and comfy welcoming atmosphere. The front porch was a lovely place to relax in the swing and enjoy coffee after I went running each morning on the Nearby Nickel Plate Rail Trail. Local restaurants are middle America comfort food. Perfect for us! Russ and Julie are super friendly! I highly recommend this particular place! You won’t be disappointed if you stay here!

Katie's garage apartment is really unique with excellent quality materials and a modern bathroom. The location worked great for us (I worked really early nearby), she was a gracious host and proactive to help... she allowed a late check out (no gues the next night) and even allowed me to borrow the exterior plug for my plug in Hybrid Volt. You just can't be more kind. The place was spotless and cool on a 95° day! The grounds and the pond are very nice although we didn't have much time to explore; we would definitely swim and use the paddle boat/ kayak next time! I highly recommend staying here, plus the value was excellent!
