No stairs or elevators and less crowded beach area since there are no high rises at the closed beach access! Located approx 0.5 mile from the beach on the west end of PCB, between Pier Park and 30A. Small pets under 30 pounds welcome with no additional pet fee AND we clean comforters after each stay!. Max of 2 pets under 30 pounds!
