Handicapped accessible, cozy apartment for up to 3 people. On the first floor ready for you from July 15, 2024. Apartment approx. 86 square meters with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, dining-living area, bathroom with shower. The apartment is in the Upper Middle Rhine World Heritage Site. Koblenz can be reached by train in about 10 minutes. Bus and train connection located close to the apartment. Car owner parking space at the house. Pictures of bathrooms and other photos are still being added. I haven't really done this well yet.

Beautiful apartment for up to 6 people right in the heart of the old town, with an inviting, quietly located terrace. On the ground floor is Lahnstein's traditional ice cream parlor and invites you to linger. Located directly on the pedestrian zone and downtown area. Approximately 100 m to the Rhine, Rhine cycle path is the best starting point for excursions by boat and train. From this place you are in no time at all important places. Parking is about 100 m for 2.00 per day. Garage for bicycles

Welcome to the Middle Ages! The Martinsburg is one of the few castles in the Middle Rhine Valley that has never been destroyed. Here, the building structure is actually centuries old. We carefully renovated the room of the gatekeeper, approx. 50 m2, and approached today's needs with shower and toilet. However, you must climb 45 steps before you can settle down comfortably. In good weather, you can also linger in the flower corner in the castle courtyard or explore the castle park on the Rhine.

Zentral gelegen befindest du dich hier in einer liebevoll eingerichteten Wohnung in Niederlahnstein, optimal erreichbar - Bushaltestelle ca. 60 m, Bhf ca. 650 m. Die Wohnung liegt ruhig mit Blick ins Grüne. Von hier sind viele Sehenswürdigkeiten schnell erreichbar: Rhein 600m, Burg Lahneck 2km, Koblenz 7km, Braubach 6km, Bad Ems 12km... In direkter Nachbarschaft gibt es vieles zu Entdecken. Kurzum, eine Oase zum Entspannen. Worauf wartest du noch?

We are a house community and there is a lot of life under our roof - 9 people, 3 cats as well as a dog share the grounds. The old mansion was formerly part of the turn-of-the-century factory next door. For a good 10 years, we have been living and working together in the house and look forward to welcoming you as our guests.
