The loft is about 130 square meters, ceiling height 5.5 meters 50% of the area is designed for wellness & living only. Bathtub, daybed, 2-person spiral shower and Real wood fireplace leave nothing to be desired. In summer, a 5 x 4 meter gate can be opened which makes the lower loft area a convertible. The large kitchenette and the block are suitable for events A wine refrigerator, 4 gas burners and a ceramic stovetop are included

This house is located directly on the Lahn in the Unesco World Heritage Site of the Middle Rhine Valley, perfect for hiking and exploring. In addition to 10 possible sleeping places (3 bedrooms with 1.80 bed, 1 double bed and a sofa bed in the living room), it offers a mega bar, billiards and kicker, a sauna, a fireplace, 3 bathrooms, a large living room and a covered balcony with a view of the Lahneck castle.
