You enjoy a swimming pool that you share with us (5x10) . The pool is heated to 28 degrees (weather dependent) from the middle of May to the middle of September . Bikes are available to get away on beautiful ocean walks

Barbecues and relaxation are available to you, sheltered from view in the greenery of the garden enclosed by walls. Quiet neighborhood, well served by a direct bus to the city center in 10 minutes. Two hybrid bikes are available to reach Ile de Ré in 20 minutes! Shops nearby and organic market in the park. Free parking.

Small independent accommodation, ideal and above all functional for a short trip for two. It is part of a property bringing together 3 other properties including ours, in a quiet, family-friendly environment. The green spaces, swimming pool, and jacuzzi (outdoor) are shared between the different homes. The Hot Tub is accessible all year round by reservation only and under several conditions.
