Tranquility assured: quiet at the end of a cul-de-sac, it is however close to public transport (200 m from the bus to Rennes), the Ker Lann campus and the expo center is 10 minutes away and Rennes city center is 20 minutes away. Shops are a 10-minute walk away. Perfect place for couples, solo travelers and business travelers.
