What a beautiful home, not a detail missed! It was one of the best stocked and most comfortable homes I have ever rented! The kids begged to come back when the pool is open:)

The BASShole was absolutely amazing and Beautiful. We were so in love with this place that we booked it again for July 4th! The house was so cute and clean, the decor was amazing with the Bass everywhere! The View is GORGEOUS and April was an amazing host, responsive, informative and very friendly and professional!! If you are looking for a spot to fish, cookout, be with nature this is the place!

What a great place! we thoroughly enjoyed the location and the home itself. the only thing we were bummed about is most of the amenities were closed down. But, the pool was great on the West Side. We spent our time fishing, swimming, and walking the nature trails.

We came here for a couple nights while on a family trip. Overall, we definitely enjoyed ourselves. If you want to see the lake you have to walk or drive at least a quarter mile which isn’t bad. As far as cleanliness is concerned, the house could stand a good cleaning. It wasn’t very clean but we still had a great stay and enjoyed ourselves. The yard wasnt kept up but someone came and mowed it while we were gone one day. Overall, a really cute little place to stay.

I really can’t say enough about this property! Although our stay was very short, we had everything we needed and more! Beautiful home for a quick getaway, but even more gorgeous if you were planning a wedding or an event! Even though Angela was preparing for a wedding, she was more than accommodating and answered questions in the most timely fashion. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home/ranch with us! We will most definitely be back when we travel that way again!

We stayed for 4 nights and it was worth it. Desiree was always super responsive to any questions and went out of her way to accommodate whatever we needed. The owner of the property is the same way. This is a beautiful ranch and perfect for a private getaway. We mostly stayed there the entire time and cooked for ourselves with meat supplied from the livestock on the ranch. Perfect for people who want a quiet ranch experience without owning one. I 100% recommend and wouldn't mind staying again.

Heather was a wonderful host and easy to communicate with….super friendly and helpful with all my questions. The neighborhood was a lake community, with mostly RVs and trailers. I was expecting more traditional houses in the gated community but I didn’t fully research the area. Overall our experience was pleasant and the cottage was adorable. We would stay here again.

We stayed at the Stilt House during a fishing trip to Lake Fork. The house was better than advertised and the whole setup was perfect to accommodate a fishing boat. Super close to a few nice boat launches. The hosts have done a great job with providing anything you would need for a great stay and their communication was perfect (not too much, not too little). Anyone looking for a place to stay for a trip to Lake Fork should definitely give this serious consideration.

We had a great time staying at Bass Haven with another couple, our infant, and dogs. Just a couple hours from DFW and easy to get to. We spent most of the weekend relaxing at the house. The setup was great with the spacious master on thr opposite end from the other bedrooms. The kitchen was stocked enough for us to make several meals. The large property opened up to a grassy lawn all the way down to the water with a view of the lake. We brought ties for our dogs so they could hang out back with us. The house starts shading the patio early afternoon when it started getting hotter. It's quieter than we expected with the road and RV park and resort neighbors. It's a pretty good distance between the back patio and those areas. Stephen was easy to communicate with. Highly recommend.

Would Highly recommend this place if anyone is in the area and needs a place to stay. Huge back yard! The dogs enjoyed it. And is in a very peaceful neighborhood! Throughly enjoyed our stay!!

Great house for families! One bed down, queen/king up (plus twins). They were large enough to fit a travel crib in as well! The AC worked well, and it was very clean! Ample parking, and plenty of congregation space both upstairs and down.

Our family stayed at the Lazy 8 for a weekend getaway. It was delightful. The house was cute, clean and perfect for the weekend. A wonderful charcuterie board was in the refrigerator for our arrival and it was delicious! We grilled out, relaxed on the porch, played games and watched deer graze on the property. The guys went fishing and the girls went to the drive thru safari! It was a blast. We look forward to planning our next stay here.

We are familiar with the area because we have family that lives in the community. If you are looking for a nice place to stay while you fish Lake Fork this is the place. They think of their fisherman and their families. There was perfect parking and set up for boats, but the inside is what felt right at home. It was clean and cozy! Well supplied kitchen with cleaning stuff too. We will rent again!

The home is beautiful and a great floor plan for multiple guests. Linda was an exceptional host! The screened in porch makes enjoying the outdoors, bug free. Looking for fun with the kids - pick your own peaches/plums/blackberries in Yantis (10 min commute), pick your own blueberries in Quitman (15 min commute) or enjoy the large playground and cool off at the splash pad on FM 154 (10 min commute). Verona’s Italian is five minutes from the house and serves lunch and dinner. Jaime’s serves breakfast, lunch and dinner and is two minutes from the house. We will definitely book with Linda again.

The best Airbnb I have stayed in. So many amenities like records and a record player. It is super relaxing listing to the night critters next to a camp fire. I booked this trip to get away from downtown Dallas, it gave me everything I need. They own an antique store in Winnsboro where all guests get a discount. Such great living out here, will 100% be back. THANK YOU!

Other than the occasional car going by, this is one of the most peaceful places you will ever stay. I don't think words could accurately describe how wonderful our Easter weekend was. The house has all of the amenities that you need to stay for a few days or a few weeks. The jam and biscuits were a nice added bonus along with being able to buy farm fresh eggs. We spent early mornings outside just listening to the wild birds, with some chiming in from the rooster and the turkey. We kayaked on the pond and caught so many fish using both fly rods and conventional tackle. When the sun went down we spent time playing games and listening to the sounds of a million frogs. It was truly an amazing long weekend. We will definitely stay here again when we're in the area.

We loved staying at Woodye Kaye’s place in Holly Lake Ranch. The neighborhood is peaceful and pretty. Our dog loved the house and yard. And Woodye Kaye’s hospitality was unmatched in terms of her friendliness, communication and the delicious blueberry bread that she left as a welcome gift. Thank you for a wonderful weekend!

We celebrated my wife’s 63rd birthday on the water in this beautiful lake house on the water. The views from the back porch in the hot tub were panoramic along with morning and evening sunsets that were gorgeous. We would visit again and recommend this getaway. Thanks Scott for your hosting.

We had a great time! The house and property were better than expected. It was quiet and perfect for our blended family.

Book the cabin on a recommendation/search from my Daughter. It was close to Dallas and had everything we needed for a weekend get-a-way with the dogs. The Evolve team was extremely responsive and prepared me/us for everything we needed to arrive and enjoy our stay. The Evolve team should offer a class on AirBnB ownership and management. The attention to details was amazing. The property was well designed to be an excellent rental, and I really appreciated the way they paid honor and respect to their late Father in areas of the property. Respectfully and tastfully done. Its evident that he was a great and well respected man! The property was quite and very peaceful, which is what we needed after a very busy weekend we had just a week prior. Visitation from the two donkeys was a welcomed treat. Although our dogs "Lost their minds" every time they would approach the fence, their visits were always a welcomed treat. I look forward to making this trip again to enjoy the sights.

Melvin’s Place was a great getaway. It set in beautiful surroundings and the atmosphere was perfect. The house had everything we needed. Highly recommend!
