Cabin holiday rentals in Lake Buckhorn

Stayed here for a blended family weekend and rafting the Mohican . We had an awesome time. Close enough to rafting trips and also amish country shopping. We wnjoyed tge hot tub and back porch alot playing cards under the bug zapper lol. Would recommend this place for future viaits to the area.

A great place to just relax and enjoy being away from everything. Stores are 5-10 min away just in case you need something. Cabin was very clean. Only had to message Barb 1 time and she got back within minutes. Would be a great place to take your small family or spend the weekend with a couple of friends. We will return.

We had a great stay at Deer Creek cabin! The location is so beautiful, and the views from both the front porch and back deck are outstanding. The fire pit area is a great place to relax, and the hot tub offers great views and is well maintained. There is so much to do nearby, you will not be struggling to find fun activities! We recommend Sugarcreek, Hershberger's, and Heini's Cheese chalet. You are very near to a Walmart, in case you've forgotten anything, and ample gas stations. BUT, when at the cabin, you are still out in the country so you can have your peace and quiet. We 100% recommend a stay here! Marcellus is great, he keeps in touch and responds quickly. We didn't have any problems, but if you ever need him, he is available. Thank you so much for everything!!

We loved staying at Tennille’s Killbuck cabin. We were looking for a cozy, private cabin with fishing, bon fire, hot tub for a relaxing weekend in. Her place provided all of that for adults and young kids. The cabin was very clean, provided all that we needed in the kitchen and plenty of towels in bathrooms. Multiple rooms with plenty of seating for guests. Tennille was even kind enough to mail home my daughter’s stuffed animal she left behind. This is a host that will go the extra mile for clients.

We were very happy with our stay at this location. The accommodations and property were beautiful, clean, well maintained and supplied. There are a lot of windows providing a great view of the property with lots of natural lighting. Its secluded but close enough to food stores and gas station for convenient access plus its only about 20 minutes to Berlin, Ohio. The hot tub was clean and nicely located just outside on the deck. The small pond was clean and well maintained with a nice fire pit along the edge. We enjoyed the fire pit a great deal providing a nice relaxing weekend. We seen plenty of wild life both on and off property. The host was very nice and responsive to our questions and providing recommendations plus she even followed up to insure they were meeting our expectations. We strongly recommend this locations for a nice relaxing getaway. The value of the accommodations and amenities were well worth it and you wont be disappointed with your stay.

Love coming to this cabin every year, always something to look forward too! We’ve stayed here 4 time over the last 5 years. They’re always improving and making it better! Will definitely be back next year!

The cabin was beautiful, clean, and cozy! We loved sitting on the porch and just listening to the birds and the rain. There was a hummingbird and a cardinal that kept checking things out around the porch. We wanted to stay somewhere peaceful to relax and read as well as explore. This cabin was the perfect place for that! Mark's instructions and house rules were very clear and we had no issues with anything during our stay. The cabin was beautifully decorated and very comfortable with necessities for our stay. We would definitely stay here again!

Our stay at Laura's cabin exceeded our expectations! We could not think of anything the would have made the stay better. The moment you walk into the cabin it feels like home (or the one you wish you had lol). We were looking for peaceful, secluded, relaxation and that is exactly what we got. We truly appreciated all the thoughtful details Laura's included to make our stay and the celebration of our 14th anniversary amazing!! We will definitely be back and highly recommend to others.

We LOVED this spot. I would book here again in a heartbeat. A few minutes away from the Kokosing river, half hour from Amish country. Great lot of land, clean updated air bnb, cows came right up to the property line. Stunning view, hosts were very sweet! My daughter loved Flash, the barn cat. She definitely had a buddy for the weekend! Would highly recommend this spot!

Really enjoyed the stay. I travel a lot for work and this place beats living in a hotel hands down. It was clean and was nice having a grill and kitchen with pots/pans/utensils to cook meals. Quiet, secluded and very peaceful.

Very nice place and very clean. Beds were very comfortable along with living room furniture. We loved the porch in the morning. I really loved the orange crush soda. I have not had that in along time. We will be back. Thanks to your hospitality.

Beautiful little spot surrounded lush green woods. I love every minute of being here. Maria was responsive and friendly and I felt right at home. I would stay again in a heartbeat!

From the moment our Sister Retreat arrived at this beautiful cabin in Mount Vernon, we knew we had found something special. Tucked away in a peaceful, secluded setting, this retreat is exactly as described—serene, refreshing, and full of natural beauty. Walking through the door, we immediately felt the calming atmosphere take over. Every detail has been thoughtfully prepared by the hosts to make it feel like a little piece of heaven on earth. The cabin was spotless and well-stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were very comfortable! Chip was an outstanding host! He was responsive, kind, and made sure we were well taken care of. We lacked nothing during our time there. The lake nearby added the perfect touch to our stay, offering gorgeous views and moments of reflection. This place is an incredible value for the price. We’re already planning to return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, well-cared-for getaway.

If you’re looking to unplug or work without distractions, this is a great cabin to reserve. Simply a beautiful region in Ohio and Valley View cabin offers solace and easy access to unique rural communities and of course nature. Wonderful host who cares about their property and their guests.

It was a great place

We loved Roger’s place. We came to escape a multi day power outage after a big storms in our neighborhood and Roger’s place couldn’t have been more perfect. Sooo cozy and smelled amazing when we walked in. The bed was super comfortable. he left very clear instructions for how to use everything. There’s also a lot nearby despite feeling like you’re in the middle of the woods. There’s a Walmart down the street and an Aldi and also a great place to grab ice cream. I enjoyed having my coffee on the porch. If you’re looking for a cozy getaway with all the updates this place is perfect

Brett was a perfect host. The off-grid cabin was beautiful and had everything someone could need without being adjusted to the lifestyle to get by and Brett's hospitality was top notch. Very welcoming and gave the BEST advice for a fishing spot. Would definitely go back!

Wonderful cabin and property for a family/guys weekend. Particularly loved the large deck with beautiful views of the woods, the firepit area, birdwatching, and the views from the dining room. Would definitely consider returning.

Christina gave clear instructions to find the cabin. This location would be difficult to find in the dark if its your first time stay. The cabin was in a peaceful wooded area. The cabin was clean and well taken care of. There is plenty of space for a small family. The beds and couches were comfortable. I would recommend those cabin to friends and family.

The cabin was bigger than the pictures led on. Thomas even stopped by to make sure we had enough AC and offered to install an addition unit if we needed it. Very responsive and helpful with locations to eat and also information of driving distances to specific areas we were heading.

Matts place is in a perfect location away from the busy areas but still close to everything. The cabin is exactly as described. it was perfect for our party of 10. Everyone had their space. The screened porch and the fire pit area were our favorites. Thanks Matt for a wonderful stay. We will be back!
