Basecamp 550 Campground Glamping Tent

Experience elevated camping in our glamping tents that accommodate two people and are situated among a few others at our eclectic campground in the valley between Ridgway and Ouray Colorado. These tents are cleverly designed with cozy fireplaces, a queen bed and some comforts from home. Our location offers mountain views and vast open skies for stargazing, as well as close proximity to the hot springs. Our heated bath house is a short 1 minute (or less) walk away from the tents.

Nestled along the river’s edge, Riverwalk II offers a refined retreat with stunning views and seamless access to the hot springs pool. This three-bedroom residence features a cozy gas fireplace and an outdoor fire pit. For adventure seekers, the heated ice climbers’ garage includes a dedicated workbench for gear maintenance. With ample off-street parking and modern amenities like an in-home washer and dryer, every detail is designed for a seamless and professional guest experience.

Backcountry Basecamp Lodge

The main lodge is approximately 1900 square feet with 4 bedrooms and 4 baths which are private to each room. There is a main kitchen and living area with wood burning fireplace and woodstove. There is also another room with a small full kitchen. The addition on the back of the lodge is a separate Airbnb listing but may also be available. This addition is 420 sq ft. With a kitchen, bath, king and a twin bed. Cabin is across from visitor center and post office at north end of Town.
