This newly renovated family home located in a clean, quiet neighborhood, close proximity to Century Link in the heart of North Monroe. This home contains all of the necessary amenities for a small family including all Kenmore appliances (washer and dryer included). The large back yard great for pets, the residence has a 6 ft. privacy fence with a deluxe gas grill perfect for cookouts. This residence CAN NOT be used as an event center this is our family home. This means No Parties What So Ever.

You are 10 minutes from ULM and about 7 minutes from Forsythe Park and golf course and the Ouachita River boat ramp. Enjoy a relaxing evening at the house outside around the fire pit or inside with 3 smart tvs where you can stream your usual shows. There is a covered patio, so even if it rains, you can enjoy the extra space of the back yard.

Holly Harbor is 1.5 acre pennisula lot on beautiful Lake D'Arbonne. The rustic cottage "lake-themed" interior family home boasts a large picture window facing the sunrise and a large back deck perfect for outdoor grilling or just bird watching from the porch swing. A large open dock to the bay is ideal for fishing or swimming or canoeing/kayaking (provided). The cove side offers a boat house with lift that is available to guests who own boats. Our driveway is steep so we suggest parking boats at the top of the hill if they are trailered.
