Sleeps 4 adults comfortably with one queen futon on the first floor and one RV sized queen bed on the second floor. Air Conditioning is provided as well as internet, a smart tv, board games, and a small Nintendo 64 with preloaded games. A beautiful view of the woods and a large field, nature is sure to amaze.

Only a 5 minute drive to GOTL, a 7 minute drive to historic Ashtabula Harbor and a 15 minute drive to Spire Institute. Short drive to many local wineries. Window air conditioner in the bedroom!
