A true bed and breakfast in a sea of stale air bnbs! Sharon met me upon arrival and showed me to my private abode in the center of a working cherry (and other things!) farm. The fridge was stocked with eggs, milk, butter and bread, and there was a nespresso machine + a selection of teas. She also gave me a book of local wineries and their backgrounds which I greatly appreciated and used throughout my stay. Would stay here again if I’m ever back in the area!

Awesome walking location to all Arrowtown main st . Spa was well received after golf and biking activities . Outdoor lounge is great under cover for summer rains and comfy. Everything you need here . We loved it .

Very peaceful, private and sunny. Felt like it was brand new. Anita is so friendly. And the home made bread was delish! Would highly recommend.

Nice view, I really wish we could say here for longer. the place is close to the town and petrol station. Convenience.

We had a lovely and comfortable stay, the view was spectacular. The place was clean and the kitchen is very well equipped. David was very responsive and helpful, gave us clear check in instructions.

The landlord, Johnny, is a very sensible man. Perfect Farm, perfect animal! Everything is so perfect! Especially the puppy sparkle! We were expecting her every morning-the house was a little far from town, but it didn't hurt the experience, and at night there was a beautiful view of the stars from the courtyard. It was really an incomparable check-in! The landlord's family is also very warm and friendly. This is by far the best place we've ever lived and experienced!

Highly recommended. The hosts were incredible and very helpful. We travelled from Sydney with our 14 month old bub and we were able to check in 4 hours early to settle in. The place is beautiful, nice and tidy with great views. Definitely staying here again.

If you want a sweet Homestay outside of Queenstown and with a magnificent view, this is your place. Well equipped and super comfy Bed. Can be a bit chilly in winter.

What a great location and a beautiful little home. Emma was fantastic with her communication and went above and beyond to help us with our stay, especially with our little one. Oh this stay was definitely the highlight of my trip. Laura's place is tiny but mighty! Check-in and out very easy, no fuss. The view's unreal, and even on a day when the weather wasn't cooperating, staying in gave so much rest and restore time. The location is perfect, not far from anything at all yet offering total quiet through the day & night. Place is super well-maintained. The electric blanket's a game changer! It's clear Laura put a lot of thoughts into making sure guests stay comfortably. I dream to be back already. Thank you very much for hosting, Laura!

The most amazing spot! Unbeatable views of mountains all around on a tranquil farm in Arrowtown. Truly a special place. So much better than paying a similar amount for something tiny in Queenstown. Our 2 kids (7 & 4) also loved having their own little ‘wing’ complete with giant soft toys, a TV, bathroom & wardrobe. Three small buildings are joined by a central semi-outdoor area, but you can mainly close this from the elements with two large doors. It made the stay feel like an adventure and we all loved it! The master ‘wing’ felt luxurious with beautiful views from the bed. Double-head shower was a nice touch. The kitchen/living space was stylish and really comfortable with everything you need. Looking out to a mountain range from the dining table was perfection. Weber BBQ outside was great. We loved the cats / dogs / cows - all so friendly. Close to Arrowtown and the 20 min drive to Queenstown was a breeze. Recommend the scenic drive to Wanaka too. Highly recommend this stay!

We have stayed at Stephs place twice now and will definitely come back again! It’s located in the most perfect location, very quiet & extremely clean, we LOVED our stay here. Would highly recommend!

What a georgeous, quiet, spacious property for my husband and I in the final days of our NZ holiday - a perfect way to finish our trip. Everything was spotlessly clean and the private courtyard was perfect for morning coffee (thanks to the Nespresso Coffee machine). The most comfortable bed of our trip - it was so lovely not to wake up with a sore lower back and hips each morning and the temperature was perfect for sleeping. We loved that the bathrooms had underfloor heating and sensor lighting under the vanities once it got dark outside. Communication with Sandy was easy and her instructions were easy to follow. Overall 10/10 and can highly recommend.

Everything was exceptional at Jaimee's: it is quiet, clean, modern (with a super-comfy bed!) and Jaimee is an excellent communicator. The unit is very well laid out and provides an ideal launching point for activities in the area. It was nice to be away from the hustle and bustle of central Queenstown and the view was great. I don't hesitate to recomend Jaimee's place to others visiting Queenstown and the surrounding area.

We arrived at night so didn’t realise until the morning just how beautiful it was! The mountains all around are just breathtaking. The accommodation was immaculate, modern but homely and very comfortable. Close to Queenstown- shops/eateries with a car but far enough away to feel out of the hustle and bustle. Thank you for heating it up before we arrived! We loved everything about it and will recommend to others and would definitely stay again.

Our stay at Mei's place was great. Very comfortable and cosy and has everything you need, with a fully equipped kitchen. There were 5 of us, 3 adults and 2 kids, and felt quite comfortable. The accommodation was exactly as shown and nice and clean. The wifi was good which was really helpful for work purposes. We also really enjoyed the fire pit. Would definitely recommend it.

Don's place was perfect for a few night's stay. It is well furnished with everything we needed, such as a full kitchen and washing machine/dryer. We especially appreciated coming to a home that can be heated well during the cold winter. The place was located in a quiet neighbourhood that's only about 10 mins to town!

Finally an AirBNB that looks like AirBnB and not like a hotel. Nice location, well equipped house. Nice to find Milk in the fridge, suagr, coffee and other necessary items. Information booklet for all the necessary information. Heater was kept on for us even when we arrived at 10pm, so thoughtful in this cold weather. Recommended.

Great position. Spectacular views. Arrowtown well worth a visit. Boat trip on SS Earnslaw definitely worth taking. Meal at homestead was amazing.

The Carriagehouse is a perfect spot to stay if you prefer to stay out of the downtown Queenstown bustle but still be close to all the local attractions. The house is spotless, well equipped and best of all has amazing views across the mountains. Walking paths around Jack's Point make for a relaxing way to take in the scenery.

Great place to stay stunning views great host very responsive and helpful through a street wide power cut and going and getting us extra blankets so we were snug. Awesome stay

Simon's place was amazing!! The photos don't do it justice. When you walk in and see that view from the living room, it's like looking at a post card every day. We had everything we needed at the house and the grocery store was just a few minutes away. Loved having the Queenstown walking trail right out front of the house and the wonderful hot tub behind the house. We were able to relax in the hot tub after a day of hiking and see the beautiful lake, mountains and sunsets. We walked down to the Frankton Arm Tavern a couple of times for dinner and had a wonderful meal each time. Loved being close to Queenstown, restaurants, stores, trails, but also feeling like we were remote, in a quiet neighborhood. It is about 3 miles to Queenstown, and we could walk, but mostly drove. Biking would be a great option too since the trails are so convenient! Highly recommend Simon's place! We can't wait to come back and stay longer!

A delightful place in a gorgeous part of the country with lovely hosts . Everything top quality and comfortable with little extras like fruit ,fresh milk delicious homemade Musli , Vogel’s and homemade marmalade. Thanks guys We would definitely stay again.
