They migrate here from South America to breed in the summer. The wildlife is abundant. There are deer, elk, foxes, etc. The views are amazing and all the other gifts shared with us by Mother Nature are breathtaking. This property was used as a very successful Bed and Breakfast from 1994 to 2003.

Paonia is a short two minute drive, 5 minute bike ride, or 15 minute walk away. We hope you decide to come stay with us!

Includes fully equipped kitchen, bath with shower, wifi, gas fireplace, and outdoor gas grill. Only a 12-minute drive to CB and trails out your front door. We only allow dogs at $20/night per dog. Communal hot tub (reservations only) for 1 hour private soaking times.
