Monthly Rentals in Lake Maggiore

My husband and I, our baby girl and two small dogs stayed here for two and a half months. Everything was exactly as described, beautiful, peaceful, private, and clean. The outdoor space was great and there was never an issue with sharing with the other tenants. It was homey, with thoughtful touches and everything needed for a long stay. The neighborhood is great and perfect for walking, with a beautiful park on the Tampa Bay very close by. Heather went above and beyond to meet all of our needs and was very responsive when I would message her. I would definitely recommend this apartment!

Nice location in central St Pete. I used to live on the same block, and know it well. Downside is that the cocktail lounge nearby plays music nightly, so early or light sleepers should expect to hear a bass thump and plan accordingly. Until around 10pm on weekdays, after midnight on Fri-Sat. But the unit is comfortable and super accessible to anywhere you want to be in St Pete, thanks to the 1st Avenues S and N right there. 5 min to downtown, maybe 20 to St Pete Beach or Treasure Island. And an easy walk to lots of shops, breweries and restaurants in the Grand Central district. I enjoyed that and would stay again.

This is a perfect spot close to all the fun things to do in the area! The beach chairs were a nice addition, everything you need to have a nice stay!

We had a fantastic stay at Ayaiza’s place! My wife and I were in the process of moving to St. Petersburg, and this cozy studio was the perfect home base while we got our permanent home set up. The apartment was compact but incredibly well thought out, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The separate kitchen was a great size and the bathroom was clean and modern. There were so many thoughtful touches, like cold bottled water waiting for us in the fridge, that really made us feel welcome. Ayaiza was also a wonderful host, communicating proactively and answering all our questions quickly and clearly. The location was ideal, just minutes from our new home, and the self check-in and check-out process couldn’t have been easier. Overall, the space was spotless, stylish, and felt like it was designed with care and attention to detail. We’d gladly stay again.
