This amazing, heated, spacious country getaway has no plumbing— it's just a few steps across the yard to the main house guest bathroom. Come create, relax, and renew here! Good dogs in your reservation must be leashed outside, kenneled when you’re away.

YurtCation

YurtCation is an off-grid getaway with lake frontage and nature trails. There is another yurt about 300ft up the same driveway. There are a total of two yurts and two homes that have access to the same 17 acre lake. Each yurt has their own queen-sized comfy bed, wood stove, Weber grill w/charcoal, fire pit, firewood, fresh water, canoe, and clean Porto Potty. The yurts are about 80 feet from the lake’s ordinary high water mark to comply with zoning. We are fully permitted and have many repeats.

This completely renovated, 100-year old home is in the Town of Blooming Grove, an enclave surrounded by Madison's near eastside. It has new heating & air conditioning and is sparkling clean with original hardwood floors, stairs & hardwood trim detail. There are 2 bedrooms (with ample closet & storage space), a living room, dining room, kitchen & bathroom. Please note the staircase is steep and may be difficult for some guests. Enjoy the water on our kayaks, standup paddle-board or fishing off our dock. Prep a meal in our beautifully remodeled kitchen, on our large gas grill or by the shore on our fire pit.

The house is located in a quiet and friendly neighborhood. Community parks and city pool within 2 blocks of of the home. Close to all schools, library, parks and bike paths. Very safe and enjoyable neighborhood. Many good restaurants in the area and lots of things to do in the area Two bedrooms are upstairs with its' own bathroom. House is air conditioned and has a full and complete kitchen. The washer/dryer are located in the basement and guest have full access to it

Vast Lake Koshkonong Views from Pier, Deck, & Home

Our 3 Bedroom, 12 Bathroom House is located directly on the shores of Lake Koshkonong. The back deck overlooks thousands of acres of lake with endless lake views. Just steps off the deck, one can enjoy the grassy landscape leading to the lakeside fire-pit. Then continue out onto the end of the 140 foot top notch pier. The pier (seasonally of course) includes a bench on the end and stairs into the water so that you can take a refreshing swim on our sandy bottom shoreline.
