Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Lake Natoma

I’ve been here before and loved coming back. The apt is clean, tastefully decorated, with a good layout. Everything I needed was there. Very quiet and felt safe.

Great place to stay with a group in Fair Oaks. The living room and backyard were beautiful with generous seating for all guests.

Our second stay at Alley House, and already looking forward to returning. We celebrated our daughter’s college graduation during the stay. It was the ideal location and provided a home-like feel for a special family gathering. We really love the outdoor space and were visited by the local peacocks one afternoon.

I booked Carolyn’s Place for my family to stay when they were visiting me for my graduation and it fit the description provided on the app. As soon as we entered we settled right in and it felt right at home. Carolyn was more than happy to help us with even small inconvenience and was always very responsive and even offered to extend our check-out provided no one was renting the unit (tho we didn’t need it and left early). Everything in the house was available to us and exactly as described. It easily accommodated 5 people as shown and was in a friendly neighborhood as well. Overall Carolyn’s place was amazing and made us feel safe. Carolyn’s responsiveness and the place’s atmosphere made our trip even more memorable. I would definitely recommend to stay at her hidden home and would love to visit again!

Great place to stay. Just a few steps away from great walking trails along the beautiful American river. Being at the end of a street is really nice. Definitely would stay again.

We had a beautiful stay over Father’s Day weekend at this adorable home! It was perfect for our family of four — cozy, thoughtfully decorated, and had everything we needed for a relaxing and comfortable getaway. The space was even better than the photos, with charming touches throughout that made it feel like a true home away from home. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate the weekend together. Highly recommend!

One of the best Airbnb places I've stayed. Doris was very responsive to anything I needed and she and her husband were both very friendly and helpful. This property sets next to a field with horses and beautiful woodlands and green meadows. Very quiet & private, but very close to major urban areas with entertainment and restaurants. I went to this little oasis for a personal yoga and meditation retreat I put together. It was perfect. The generosity of the hosts in stocking the refrigerator and kitchen with special food & drink items was above and beyond. I felt pampered. I will return for sure.

Loved staying at Ryan's for a quick trip. He provided clear instructions, had good food recos, and checked in to ensure everything was alright with the stay. Loved the amount of space available, the bathroom was super clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable! It nice to have onsite parking and it was a quick drive to other parts of the city. Would highly recommend staying here!

Easy to get in and clean and ready has things you need

Vintage 1857 cottage is gem and stepping through the front door was eye-popping! Cozy, charming, and historic describes the space perfectly. The kitchen is fully set up for cooking with every possible amenity. Both beds were very comfortable, the bathroom was well-stocked, and we felt at home right away. On request, Rebecca set up a lovely welcome bottle of champagne for our celebration and supplied a few breakfast items for the morning. Outstanding service and communication! The tiny, historic town of Amador City is adorable with a few quaint restaurants, cute shops, a small museum, and near hiking trails. A perfect location from which to visit the string of historic gold mining towns along highway 49. Would love to stay again! Thank you, Rebecca!

The cottage was lovely. Danika was very welcoming. We will definitely be back with a big group and take advantage of all the cute cottages that Danika has. Coloma is a cute little town, some good option for breakfast/lunch and dinner and we had a great time rafting. Loved everything about it!

My husband and I had stayed at Cynthia's place several times before and always had a great experience. As I was traveling to the area by myself for the first time, I was happy to see that her place was available for the dates I needed for my grandson's high school graduation party. Cynthia is a great communicator both before and during the stay. This has always been may experience with her. I feel like she is an old friend now. I appreciate the snacks and well stocked coffee/tea station. My little dog and I had a great stay. Thank you, Cynthia! I will definitely be back!

Check in was easy and I appreciated the designated parking spot especially since street parking is taken up by local residents. The thermostat was not working when I arrived but Henry quickly resolved that issue by having an HVAC company come out the same day. I needed to extend my stay and Henry took the initiative to adjusted my stay which made it easy on my end to simply review and approve.

We loved our stay at Robert's apartment in Sacramento. It was well equipped and was great to have a home away from home during our travels in the US. Robert was very helpful before and during our stay. Would definitely recommend.

This condo is a clean and well decorated one bedroom, one bathroom second floor unit. Bogdan is a very thoughtful host, there were extra blankets, sheets, and towels, which were appreciated for my weeklong stay. I also noticed condiments and single serve coffee creamers were provided along with a small basket of books/toys in the laundry closet if you have a child visiting/staying with you. The location is in a very nice area, close to both shopping and restaurants. I thought the bed was comfortable and the shower was fantastic, and I also really liked that the entrance’s door lock code was tailored to me personally, making it easy for me to remember and difficult for others to figure out. I’d recommend staying here, and definitely book again.

I had a wonderful stay at Douglas’s penthouse. Everything was very clean, the kitchen had everything I needed, and all amenities worked perfectly. The location is amazing and ideal for walking to the many restaurants and shops in town. Parking was easy and he was very communicative throughout my stay. I would absolutely return, thank you Douglas!

I cannot recommend this place enough, the best experience I have ever had with a host by far. The place was exactly as advertised and Matt was extremely helpful with local recommendations and always being responsive. I instantly felt at home, and am so glad I booked the stay. The location is great with beautiful outdoor activities and trails all around. The experience was a 20/10, definitely book if you have the chance!

Stayed here while my Mom went in for major surgery at Kaiser Morse. Perfect location for our base only 6-8 minutes away. We were able to visit 3 times a day and weren’t exhausted from commuting an hour + one way. Secure parking spots.

The Crow’s Nest is perfect and I would definitely stay there again! The location is great and just a couple blocks from the Golden 1 Center. The condo is so cute and clean and well organized. The hosts were super nice and helpful. I really appreciated the extra touches like coffee and cream, Q-tips and lotion in the bathroom, plenty of extra towels and toilet paper, a well stocked kitchen, etc. You can walk almost anywhere you need to, but there is also an assigned parking spot in a secure lot which was super helpful on a busy weekend in downtown Sacramento. The balcony is spacious with a nice view of the sunset. The pool was also a nice and quiet area to go swimming and relax in the sun. I had a wonderful stay and highly recommend it!

We had the best stay at this airbnb. Mike has thought of everything! Incredibly thoughtful touches and amenities-- nothing he hasn't thought of and they really prioritize making sure you are taken care of. We felt right at home and had everything we needed and more! We really enjoyed the gym and hot tub that were in the building as well as the gated parking structure with a reserved spot. The condo is walking distance from everything-- coffee shops, restaurants, bike trails, transit, everything! Couldn't recommend staying at this place more, you wont regret it!

Close to great restaurants, the mall and a nice cozy place to stay.

We stayed for just one night to celebrate my niece’s graduation, traveling from both the north and south ends of California to meet in Sacramento. This villa-like home was the perfect place to gather — much more comfortable and welcoming than a hotel. It truly felt like a home away from home. The location is fantastic — very close to downtown with convenient access to the freeway, yet peaceful and quiet thanks to soundproof windows. Parking was also easy, with one space available in the garage. The home itself is spotless and beautifully furnished with elegant décor. Despite the warm June weather, the air conditioning kept everything perfectly comfortable. The host was kind and very responsive, answering our questions quickly and helpfully. We’re so grateful for a lovely stay and would definitely return again! If you’re looking for a stylish, villa-like home that offers comfort, convenience, and a welcoming atmosphere — this is the perfect place. Highly recommend!
