We had an unforgettable stay at this beautiful house during Christmas! The setting by the Radovna River was like something out of a holiday postcard, with serene views and a peaceful atmosphere. The house itself was warm (really, it was pre-heated right before our arrival), cozy, and equipped with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We decorated the house ourselves for Christmas, and it added such a personal touch to the already lovely space. Spending time by the fireplace and enjoying the cozy atmosphere made our holiday truly special. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to prepare our Christmas meals. Slovenia Estates team (special thanks to Beverley and Helena) was incredibly thoughtful and responsive, ensuring we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. Celebrating Christmas here was a wonderful experience, and we highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful and cozy getaway. We’d love to return in the future!

Roman and Milena were very gracious and frendly hosts. They had special treats when we arrived and were very informative about the local hikes and restaurants. The location is just magical. So peaceful and beautiful! The cottage is well equipped and spotless! There are even slippers available for guest use! Very thoughtful. We hope to come back sometime for a longer stay. We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house near Lake Bled. The host met us upon arrival, gave us a warm welcome, and shared recommendations for exploring the area. We also rented electric bikes from him, which was a great way to discover the surroundings. The house itself was very comfortable and well‑equipped — we especially enjoyed the grill, which was a nice addition for making dinner. The host also organized a rafting trip for us, which turned out to be a highlight of our trip. All in all, this was the best accommodation we stayed in during our trip, and we highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. We would love to return!

Wir waren schon zum 2ten Mal dort und kommen sicher wieder . Tolles Haus . Wir waren mit unseren Kids dort . Jedes Schlafzimmer hat ein eigenes Bad . Die Küche ist top ausgerüstet und alles ist picobello sauber . Perfekter Ort für eine entspannte Auszeit.

Der Aufenthalt bei Nina und ihrer Familie war ein Traum: eine wunderschöne Wohnung in einer wunderschönen Umgebung mit super freundlichen Gastgebern. Einfach toll! Die Wohnung ist ganz toll eingerichtet, mit viel Herzblut und Idee - man merkt, dass sich hier jemand wirklich viel Mühe gegeben hat. Ein klitzekleiner Tipp: Warmen Pulli mitnehmen - die dicken, alten Wände halten die Kälte im Sommer ganz ordentlich. Die Wohnung ist ein schöne Ausgangspunkt für alle möglichen Unternehmungen, wir waren vom Wasserfall sehr beeindruckt. Nina und ihr Mann haben uns sehr freundlich empfangen und sich wirklich fürsorglich um uns gekümmert: Vielen Dank!!

Beautiful house with amazing rooms and amazing lake view, in a very quiet neighbourhood next to the forest but few minutes from the regional road.

Fantastisch huis op een prachtige plek. We vonden het jammer dat we er niet langer konden blijven. Prachtige uitzichten en heerlijke wandelingen. Leuk dat je ook gewoon kunt wandelen naar het dorp, supermarkt, taartje kunt eten of kunt eten bij het hotel ertegenover. Had er zelf ook een massage geboekt en dat was heerlijk. We komen zeker terug om deze interessante regio verder te ontdekken.

Wir haben unseren Urlaub in dieser Unterkunft sehr genossen! Die beiden Häuser, die wir mit unserer Gruppe von 10 Personen gemietet haben, boten ausreichend Platz für alle. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet und bot alles, was wir für unsere Selbstversorgung benötigten. Wir konnten ohne Probleme gemeinsame Mahlzeiten zubereiten und die Auswahl an Kochmöglichkeiten war ausreichend. Das Highlight unseres Aufenthalts waren die Whirlpools, die täglich gereinigt wurden und somit immer ein sauberes und angenehmes Erlebnis boten. Insgesamt war unser Aufenthalt sehr angenehm und die Unterkunft ist auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert.

Für 2 Personen und einen Hund gerade richtig. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und das Osterwochenende sehr genossen. Der Check-in konnte flexibel gestaltet werden (wir kamen in der Nacht an) und die Kommunikation während dem gesamten Aufenthalt lief super (Einschalten der Sauna am Abend, Infos zu Brennholz für die Feuerschale und uns wurde auch mit der Versorgung am Feiertag ausgeholfen). Die Hütte sieht auf den Bildern von innen deutlich heller aus als sie ist, aber das hat uns weniger gestört. Mit 174/179 war sie für uns auch gerade geräumig genug. Größere Personen über 180 könnten vielleicht mehr Probleme haben - und sich noch öfter den Kopf anstoßen ;) Die Tiere (insb. die Esel) waren ein Highlight und es gab direkt von der Hütte aus einen schönen Spazierweg am Hügel in den Wald hinein. Sollten wir nochmal in der Gegend Urlaub machen, kommen wir gerne wieder.

Een plek afgelegen hoog in de bergen met fantastisch uitzicht. De koeien zijn gezellig aanwezig, onze hond had alle vrijheid. Het is vakantie off the grid, koken op een houtvuur in de stoof en het stromende water komt vanuit de berg. Verwacht op de hottub na geen luxe maar wel rust, natuur een prima bed, eventueel buiten slapen en enige zelfredzaamheid. Voor ons gezin een fijne plek om even uit het drukke dagelijkse leven te zijn. Mooie wandelingen gemaakt en lekker gegeten.

Wir waren eine Gruppe von 9 Personen und waren alle total begeistert von der Unterkunft. Wir haben noch nie ein so gut ausgestattetes Airbnb erlebt. Es hat uns tatsächlich an nichts gefehlt. Der Check-In hat ebenfalls reibungslos funktioniert. Die Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen! :-)

Der Aufenthalt in diesem Haus war einfach fantastisch. Es ist in Wirklichkeit noch viel schöner als auf den Bildern. Besonders die großen Fenster machen den Aufenthalt so besonders – sei es beim Frühstück mit Blick ins Grüne oder abends gemütlich auf der Couch vor dem Kamin. Das Haus ist hervorragend ausgestattet – nicht nur mit allen Küchenutensilien und Maschinen, die man braucht, sondern auch mit vielen praktischen Dingen wie Salz, Öl, Pfeffer, Spülmaschinentabs oder Waschpulver und vieles mehr. Das macht den Aufenthalt angenehm unkompliziert. Die Kommunikation mit Jaap war jederzeit herzlich, schnell und sehr aufmerksam. Man merkt, dass es ihm wirklich wichtig ist, dass sich seine Gäste wohlfühlen – danke dafür. Ein besonderes Extra: Der Pool wird aktuell komplett neu gemacht. Wer im Sommer anreist, darf sich also auf einen ganz neuen, wunderschönen Pool freuen. Klare Empfehlung – wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

È stata una delle vacanze più intense e piacevoli degli ultimi anni. Gli appartamenti sono in posizione strategica, a 1 minuto da piste sciistiche e percorsi per mountain bike e trekking e soli 30 minuti dal lago di Ossiach e da Klagenfurt. La cornice naturale è semplicemente mozzafiato. Tanto verde, strade sicure e pulite aria fresca e frizzantina. L'edificio è dotato di ampia piscina e di sauna. Ideale per le famiglie. Una nota di merito ad Astrid, Host eccellente, che ci ha davvero fatto sentire a casa e ci ha sostenuto anche nella gestione di alcune difficoltà logistiche a causa di un problema alla macchina. A wonderful stay! A perfect base to explore Slovenia :)

Heerlijk verblijf gehad in het appartement. Ruime slaapkamers en keuken en balkons zijn heerlijk qua zonligging. Op loopafstand van het meer en rustig gelegen. Niets verder aan te merken.

We (3 adults, 3 kids) had a great 5 days at the Villa Muller. Some things to know: - our review is for the owner, Alexander Muller, and not Holidu, the service listed as the owner on AirbNb. Herr Muller is a great host, very responsive and friendly and extemely helpful. - there are two apartments in the building, each occupying one floor: Rotfuchs on the first floor, Turmfalke on the second floor. The owners live on the bottom floor. We were in Turmfalke, so two flights of stairs. - the apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. There are two bathrooms, each with shower, and a separate toilet (without a sink). - the lake is around 200 meters walk from the house, there's a cabin with with ice cream and drinks to purchase and fishing and boating gear. There is a rowboat, small sailboat, kayak and several paddleboards available to use. They also have bicycles, helmets and walking sticks and backpacks that can be used free of charge. The kids spent all their time at the lake!

Excellent self contained accommodation right near the lake. An easy 5 min walk and you are there. Beautiful accommodation with lovely decorations. Good facilities for cooking for yourself, and an excellent washer and dryer. Hot shower, soak bath, bikes available and a comfortable bed. What more could you ask!

Ich hatte einen fantastischen Aufenthalt in dem wunderschönen Penthouse! Das Licht folgt den gesamten Tag entlang der Fenster, die hohen Decken und der Blick auf den See sind ein absolutes Highlight. Die Couchecke ist exzellent zum entspannen und auch der Rest der Einrichtung inklusive Bad sind modern und sauber. Ich möchte auf jeden Fall wieder kommen, vielen Dank!!! <3

We absolutely loved our stay in the Ojstrica Fairytale cottage! It was just the perfect accommodation and adventure for our family of 4 ( 2 teen daughters). We loved the cable car ride up exploring Velika Planina. The cottage is an absolute gem. Cozy and clean with views that are just indescribable. We had a lovely dinner a short walk away at Zeleni Rob. Rok, our host was fantastic! He was flexible, responsive, and so knowledgeable about the area. We also had an awesome breakfast with homemade breads, cheeses, honey, and yogurts. I honestly can’t say enough about the whole experience. It was just really unique and unforgettable.

Wir sind absolut zufrieden gewesen in der kleinen Berghütte! Die Kommunikation mit der Hüttenfee war super unkompliziert und immer freundlich. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen - die Gegend ist wirklich super ruhig und perfekt zum runterkommen. Die Hütte ist einfach eingerichtet, es ist aber alles vorhanden, was man benötigt! Der Urlaub ist hier fast wie ein kleines "Abenteuer". Klare Empfehlung von uns! Wir kommen gerne wieder⛰️☀️🇦🇹
