Welcome to Joutsan Joutiinen, a peaceful holiday village in the middle of nature! Step into the world of our renovated townhouse, which opens up to the delightful forested lake views of Puttolanselä. In the Swan Pond area, you can enjoy not only great outdoor terrain, but also a stunning, shallow sandy beach, a cozy barbecue area, as well as two tennis courts. Our studio is cozy and equipped with all the basic amenities. Thanks to the large windows, the beautiful landscape opens directly into the apartment.

Enjoy sun from morning to evening with lake views. The villa has two wood-fired saunas, large terraces, and three separate bedrooms. Modern facilities from the kitchen to a toilet and shower are provided. Spend evenings around the beach fireplace or explore the lake with the available boat and canoe. The villa includes a 65" Smart TV and 300 M wifi (remote working possible). The nearest shops are a 20-minute drive away, with Helsinki 90 minutes away by car. The nearest bus stop is 4 km away.

Lomahuoneisto on todellinen luonnonystävän unelma, sillä se sijaitsee rauhallisella paikalla järven rannalla ja luonnon ympäröimänä. Olohuoneen suurista ikkunoista voit ihailla kauniita järvimaisemia ja upeita auringonlaskuja. Alue ja huoneisto on rauhallinen, liikenteen melua ei kuulu eli täydellinen paikka rentouttavalle lomalle luonnon keskellä.

Saunomista, uintia, soutelua ja kalastelua järvellä omalla soutuveneellä, ilta-auringon ihailua rannalla, halonhakkuuta, grillausta, käsin tiskausta, tikan heittoa... Nauti yksinkertaisista askareista ja kauniista luonnosta! Tule ja tavoita luonnonmukainen ja rento elämänrytmi! Mökki on perinteinen kesämökki - vessana on puucee ja pesuvesi tulee järvestä pumpulla.

A lovely cabin on the shore of Kalkkistenkoski. On the terace you can grill, eat, enjoy the evening sun, lounge on the deck chairs or see the local bird populations. The cabin also has a sauna, hot tub and an indoor fireplace. The cabins kitchen has the essentials for cooking and the barbeque and outdoor fireplace can also be used for cooking. The kitchen and sauna have warm water and drinking water will be delivered to the cabin. The cabin has an outdoor composting toilet.

Japitos Cottage 2-Mökki 50m² + Rantasauna 15 m²

Enintään 2 aikuiselle ja 2 lapselle Keskitasoinen sähköistetty n. 50 m² Hirsimökki kirkasvetisellä Niskajärvellä omalla yksityisellä rannalla, 15 m² rantasaunalla ja ulko-WC:llä. Autotie menee perille asti. Polttopuut sisältyy vuokraan. Mökillä on hyvät 4G-yhteydet. Juokseva vesi mökkiin asti, paitsi talvella (15.10-15.4). Vierailla on käytössään soutuvene ja kahdet pelastusliivit. Kouvolan palvelut löytyvät 40 kilometrin päästä. Verlan Tehdasmuseo löytyy 10 km päästä.
