A small cottage with a kitchen and a living room. The living room (log frame) has a stove and electric heating. A bed and, in addition, a side-pull "box bed" as beds. Upstairs is a sleeping area with no thermal insulation (mentioned here as a bedroom with a double bed). Separate, newer outbuilding with a utility kitchen. There's a shower, a washing machine, and a dishwasher. Drinking (city) water comes to the auxiliary kitchen. So there's no water in the kitchen of the cottage. Sauna with a wood-fired stove from the 1950s and a separate barbecue building.

In winter, carry water from the lake, not from the well! The cottage warms up in a few hours in light frost. There's plenty to do for the whole family. You can enjoy the sauna on the terrace or in the open air, enjoying the afternoon sun until sunset. You have 2 swimming pools and a water trampoline.
