Had a lovely stay. The place was clean, comfortable, and close to local attractions. The host was friendly and easy to communicate with.

We had such a great time staying at Mark’s place ! The home was warm and inviting and we loved making the fire at night, especially our 4 year old. The beds were super comfy and there was lots of touches that made our stay so nice and welcoming, including the bathroom heaters which were so good after a warm bath. The homemade bread was really thoughtful and delicious and for busy parents it made such a difference knowing there was something good for the kids to have. Not to mention fresh coffee beans ! For coffee snobs like us that was perfect 👍🏼 We would come back again for sure ! Thanks so much Mark 😊😊

We had a fabulous stay at Sam’s place! All of the activities we planned were no more than 15 minutes via car. The heating units came in handy during the evening, but the bedding provided ample warmth. The best part were the views; nothing beat the sun rising right in front of the bed!

We loved our stay here! The view was incredible and it was so quiet! There was practically no light pollution so we had great star gazing. We were far enough from town that we didn’t hear cars but close enough that it was easy to get to any destination we wanted. One of our top Airbnb locations!

Max was amazing and we really enjoyed his company, he is such a great host. The house was comfortable and the view was worth everything. We stayed during a storm and even though the weather was bad, we had the best time. I would recommend staying here one hundred percent.

Danny's place is extremely high quality. It was warm and cozy and the bed was very comfortable. The views are beautiful. Highly recommended.

My family and I really enjoyed staying at Ricky & Kylie's place. This home was an ideal base to explore Rotorua from, and also to curl up on the couch when the rain was out of hand. We stayed for two nights, and if anything it'd have been nice to book for an extra day or three to thoroughly explore the area and to make use of the kayaks & the other amenities. Definite recommend.

This was the first day of my trip to New Zealand. It was very beautiful, and the view was wonderful! It was late at night, but they kindly turned on the air conditioner♪ The bathroom is also very clean! Personally, the heated bed was wonderful! Recommended for your stay in❤ Rotorua

We had a fantastic weekend stay at this lovely 2-bedroom unit in Rotorua. The place was spotless, beautifully presented, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The private outdoor spa was an absolute highlight—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. It’s conveniently located close to the city but still peaceful and quiet. The host was amazing—communication was clear, friendly, and timely, which made everything super easy. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again

And the electric blanket was a blessing.” - says mum If you’re looking for a comfortable resting place with tasteful decor, luxurious & unique additions like a towel warmer rack, homemade jams, Netflix on tv, extra pillows & cushions, actually nice smelling bathroom products, a cookie jar & coffee machine, fruit from the garden if you’re lucky, filtered spring water every day, and a little lovely breakfast bar, look no further than Janey’s place. So many extras I hadn’t expected, Janey went above and beyond to accommodate my mum and myself with such warmth & kindness. Oh did I mention the water view from the rooms? Spectacular. We stayed 4 nights and loved coming back to being able to have dinner at home, even with a kitchenette, some extra cooking appliances from Janey helped, she was just so thoughtful! Thank you Janey, you made our trip with your hospitality. Highly recommend.

Julie and Menno's place is super clean and super accurate to the description. Amenities listed are amenities you get. Everything is there. Coffee pods, heater, massive TV with netflix. Near enough to town but not too close hence you get a bit of quiet and serenity. Instructions are very clear. The welcome snack is a cute little bonus! Very attentive hosts, and they're always quick to respond to comms as well. 11/10 - would totally stay here again!

An excellent location and extremely helpful host. The space is spotlessly clean and solid value. The cats were adorable and gave the place character. Way better than booking a motel room ...it felt safe and cosy. Highly recommended and we will book again.

This was probably one of my favourite Air BnBs. It was so beautiful and felt super cosy. Location was great and the host was fantastic. Very responsive with communication. I would happily stay here again and recommend to friends visiting the area!

We booked Aman’s place last minute during a spontaneous road trip to Rotorua, and it turned out to be the best decision we made! The location is fantastic — just a short drive to everything, and the surrounding views are simply breathtaking. The house itself is warm, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The bathroom was spacious, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the kitchen had all the essentials. We absolutely loved every part of our stay and will definitely be coming back. Aman was also very responsive and helpful, which we truly appreciated. Highly recommend!

Sussan was a fantastic host, welcoming and friendly. Her home was clean and tidy. Comfortable bed and yummy breakfast. I had everything I needed and more. I was walking distance from the conference and places to eat. Great if you're tired from a big day! We had lovely chats and I left with a gift feijoa's, which made my day. Thank you for a wonderful and easy stay, with a 'home away from home' feeling.

The Airbnb was really handy to the city so we were able to walk to Eat Street for a meal and not have to worry about drink driving. The apartment was very roomy and very clean. Good bed linen too. It’s a quiet street, no real,road noise which was nice.

We had an amazing four night stay here. The apartment was excellently furnished, the location effectively on the lakefront was fantastic and the outlook across the lake to Mount Tarawera was beautiful. We could not have wished for more. Thank you Murray for being such a great host
