"We were pleasantly surprised by the space and comfort of this house. It is located in a quiet neighborhood, and the garden has facilities for birds – fun to watch! The beds are comfortable. Everything you need is available, and the house is clean. there is a nice comfortable sitting area, and outside there is also a cozy spot to enjoy the peace and quiet."

House was beautiful, great location and owner is very responsive.

We have stayed 5 times and each time Joe has been so easy to deal with and a great host. One time we left some laundry and he worked with us to get it back. The location is perfect. If you're a Culver family this is great for Parents Weekends, drop off and graduation. It's perfect to share with another family. We are glad we found this house! Thank you, Joe!

great house...had everything to accommodate our needs.

It was the only rental in a 40 miles radius, so I was pleased it was as cute it was. 1.5 bathrooms, so it was nice to have the extra toilet. We came in for a high school graduation and it worked out great. Big screen TV and a kitchen that had what you needed. Space to chill out and we even did some laundry. The only thing I’d change is to put a king bed in one of the rooms.

While we felt the price was steep for 2 bedrooms, the house was pristine and even better than the photos convey. We were extremely pleased with the house, location, cleanliness, easy access, pet and kid-friendliness, etc. We would definitely stay again but potentially with a couple more friends to split the cost. We had 4 adults, a child, and our dog. There’s plenty of space for an air mattress or the cot for additional folks. We will highly recommend this place to friends and plan to return!

Sara’s place was great! We needed a pet-friendly place on the Lafayette side and this was perfect. It was comfortable and we very much appreciated the fenced in backyard for our dogs that was very cute! Sara was super communicative and the place was sparkling clean. We would stay here again!

Host was very responsive. House was big, spacious,very clean. Only thing that might be more helpful,is the parking situation. The house could accommodate up to 20 people, which might involve 5,6 vehicles. Very hard to park, and or turn around. We backed out of the driveway onto the street. Which is very busy. Besides that, house was everything it said it was. Anytime I texted or emailed her, she responded. On our list to possibly stay there again

We absolutely LOVED this place! We've been going to Indiana Beach with our kids for many years, but recently adopted a rescue dog and wanted to bring her with, which was no problem here. It's very close to the resort, and is a great place for families to stay. We highly recommend staying with Matt and Lindsay. They are incredibly responsive, and overall great hosts. We can't wait to come back. Thank you for a wonderful time!

Great family run resort. Perfect size and very welcoming. It’s quaint and very much has a small town feel. It was perfect for our big group of 9! Nice deck/grill/view of the lake.

We were in town to visit family and the apartment was perfectly located. Clean, well-decorated, and very comfortable. Make sure you check out the bakery below in the morning!

My family enjoyed this special spot immensely for my daughter's graduation from Purdue! The house was charming and well appointed, the host was amazing and the amenities: TVs, coffee maker, outdoor heaters, extra fresh linens, bug zappers, toaster, you name it, Katy had it stocked. House was fully stocked and just as advertised, highly recommend for anyone visiting West Lafayette, very close to Purdue. McGraw's steakhouse is just across the road and was delicious.

We loved our stay at Angela's apartment in Lafayette. Plenty of food options within a block including one next door. Scones and dollies a block away. Comfortable beds in both the bedrooms. Extremely modern and looked brand new. Expansive kitchen and living room on the upper floor inccluding a sofa bed. Parking on the street but you have to move your vehicle every couple of hours or use a parking garage nearby. We walked to the Purdue campus across the river. Enjoyed our stay.

Russ and Julie communicated through text and the website. Immediately responses and proactive on detailed check in/out instructions. The house was so comfortable! Super clean and everything you need was there. They even provided some waffles And muffins for breakfast! The kitchen was a perfect size for the two of us and we could have cooked way more than breakfast. Beds were soft and warm as we slept with windows open and the night air was fresh and cool. Great pillows! Linens and bath towels etc, were lovely, soft, and softly fragrant. Th home is older, but with modern floors, giving it a lovely cozy and comfy welcoming atmosphere. The front porch was a lovely place to relax in the swing and enjoy coffee after I went running each morning on the Nearby Nickel Plate Rail Trail. Local restaurants are middle America comfort food. Perfect for us! Russ and Julie are super friendly! I highly recommend this particular place! You won’t be disappointed if you stay here!

It was a wonderful experience staying at this place,beautiful backyard with well maintained lawn,roses,squirrels,a real treat to enjoy early mornings there.Neat and clean bedrooms and bathrooms,clean kitchen with almost everything needed,loved the welcome cake.I will highly recommend this place specially families with kids,as this place has a separate family entertainment area,access through lounge,having lots of activities for tge whole family.Over all ,its such a nice place that I wanted to spend n enjoy whole day inside the house .Would love to come again.Special thanks to the host for always being there to reply.Highly recommend this place.

We stayed here while we waited to close on our new home - they had kiddie toys ready to go, beautifully set/made rooms and beds, extremely friendly hosts, and the river out back is the COOLEST. We caught lots of fish in our week stay. Would absolutely stay again and recommend to friends and family
