Holiday rentals with beach access in Lake Silvaplana

It's a very peaceful place with a nice terrace and a lot of plants. The road is quite audible from the bedroom and the curtain is very thin, so good to bring earplugs and an eye mask. All in all, it was a pleasant stay, I would recommend it.

Absolutely wonderful stay and amazing host. The apartment was exactly as described and the views and location were perfect. We loved sitting on the balcony, looking over the water and watching and hearing the people below. There are 2 wine bars just outside the door and also many restaurants. Alberto picked us up at the station and explained the apartment and area. Giorgio’s kindness was immeasurable. The trains had unexpectedly stopped running and he personally booked our transportation back to Milan and drove us to meet a new express bus. We could have never done this without him, as this was unpublished at the time. What a wonderful man! Varenna is a beautiful small village and there are many outstanding restaurants and things to do. Our highlight was taking a cooking class with Chef Marco, Chef’s Table, and later dining at his new restaurant, La Scarpetta. We recommend visiting the villas in town, taking the Taxi Boat to Villa Balbianello and hiking to the waterfall in Fiumelatte.

Very pleased with our stay. A wonderful location. Luca was so helpful in meeting us to escort us to the property as it is located in a no drive /traffic section. We could not ask for anything more. Luca was always helpful, answering our questions and helped us to manage parking. The property has the most beautiful views. We would highly recommend. Our experience was wonderful and can’t wait to return!

An absolute dream! Unbelievable views and a very quiet, relaxing atmosphere, everything was as described and our host was forthcoming and attentive to every detail.

Our stay in Alessandras apartment was amazing. The place is exactly as seen in photos and you are less than 60 seconds from the lake. The views nearby are amazing! Alessandra was very responsive, offering recommendations and doing all she could to be of assistance. I would highly recommend staying here.

We had the most wonderful 3 night stay! Fabio was so helpful and accommodating. The apartment is perfectly located, close to everything yet felt so private…. And the view from the balcony!!!! Would not hesitate recommending to our family and friends.

Super Lage, tolle Aussicht und eine gute Anbindung. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und hat auch einen Grill (sollte in der Beschreibung ergänzt werden). Wir hatten schöne Tage hier, wobei wir fast den ganzen Tag unterwegs waren. Die Umgebung ist super, wenn man gut zu Fuß ist oder sich ein Fahrrad leiht.

We loved our stay! The private beach was a wonderful mid day treat in the hot sun! AC was just as lovely once we were done with the heat! And the VIEW was gorgeous! I loved opening the back patio panels to reveal the serene lake each morning! Thank you for a peaceful stay!

Monica’s place was outstanding The pictures did not do justice to the views Wow! Monica was very good communicating with us right from the start Check in was very straightforward and she even left us a bottle of Prosecco and water Monica is very thoughtful and her place was spotless and well furnished She responded very promptly to all our questions and offered great recommendations for transport , shops and restaurants Overall our stay was beyond our expectations and we are definitely coming back next year Hopefully by which time the C10 bus may be regular 😂 and on time !

Tolle, geräumigige und super saubere Wohnung mit privatem Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück sowie großzügigem Garten mit fantastischem Blick auf den See und die Berge. Vor dem Haus ist direkt ein Strand mit kristallklarem Wasser. In der Unterkunft befinden sich sehr bequeme Liegen, die man mit zum Strand mitnehmen darf. Fußläufig sind Restaurants und ein Fähranleger entfernt um z.B. einen Ausflug nach Bellagio zu machen. Für die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit benötigt man allerdings ein Auto. Wir wurden sehr herzlich von Francesco empfangen und hatten eine wirklich tolle Zeit in Onno.

First time visiting Veranna. Great location; 5 minute walk to train station and less than 5 minutes to ferry. House was well stocked and cozy. Lovely garden. Perfect for family of five.

Fabio ist ein toller Gastgeber. Er ist rund um die Uhr für seine Gäste da. Man kann ihn alles fragen. Er ist zuvorkommend, freundlich und immer darauf bedacht, dass es einem gut geht. Die Unterkunft sowie Fabio sind auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen.

We had a great stay. Arriving by ferry, almost opposite the apartment, Gian was waiting to greet us. The apartment is just as described, perfect for a few nights. Gian offered us lots of suggestions, including tips for the hiking we planned to do up the mountain, which was amazing. A beautiful place to stay.

Wir haben eine Woche in Rosas traumhaft schöner Wohnung verbracht und due Zeit sehr genossen. Die Wohnung mit dem tollen Ausblick liegt wunderschön gelegen. Wir konnten uns nicht satt sehen an dem grandiosen Ausblick auf den Comer See. Die Kommunikation mit Rosa war bestens. Am Tag der Ankunft hat sie auf uns gewartet und den Weg zur Wohnung gezeigt. Auch haben wir viele Tipps von ihr bekommen und wir haben das ein oder andere Restaurant gerne ausprobiert. Danke Rosa

Incredible views made it nice to stay and enjoy the Airbnb esp on rainy days. We were traveling with our 8 month old and loved the nice comfy crib and Anita even left out a baby towel and high chair for us. It was really a perfect spot to enjoy views from the lake. The kitchen was stocked with all the cookware which made it great for some homemade dinner dates too. Would love to stay here again.

Absolutely wonderful stay 😊 the flat and the views are absolutely gorgeous!! In a quieter area of lake Como, but it is an absolute gem. Still plenty of bars/restaurants within walking distance, and a little shop as well. There is a wonderful bar/cafe a 10 min walk down the lake front, which is the best place I’ve had my morning coffee. Musso will now be our base for future visits to Lake Como - there are few tourists but a 10 min drive to Menaggio where you can catch the ferry to Como, Bellagio and Varenna (among others). We didn’t go to Como, but Varenna and Bellagio were each a 15 min boat ride. Simone was extremely helpful with recommendations, and also when we extended our trip for a few days. You must catch the sunrise on the balcony - it is magical, as is the whole place! Plenty of parking, and a little beach right infront of the apartment. Cannot recommend enough, and we will be back. Gianmario was an excellent host, kind, attentive, and truly made us feel like family. The view of Lake Como from the house is absolutely breathtaking, and the house itself was spotless. The bed was incredibly comfortable. We had some of the best sleep of our trip! The location is perfect: peaceful, with convenient parking, and just a short walk to an amazing local restaurant that Gianmario recommended. The food was unforgettable. House Gloria is easily one of the best places to stay in Lake Como. We loved every moment and will definitely be back!
